**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

I loved how amazing the UX is on this software. I am a UX designer and I love the interfaces they use to represent the data. It's super easy to understand. I haven't had expierences with software like this before, but they make it super easy to use and understand. They also have an amazing support team if you have any questions. You can contact them easily on their website, which is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I didn't use it long enogh to expiernce anything.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They made my day to day taks of scheduling meetings with a bunch of difftent directors super easy.Given that my organization has many diffrent parts they group togeather my emails so it's nicley organized and my OCD self doesn't get flustered. I like thier calender intercaes as well, it's better than using google calender or one of the other competitors.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

My personal favorite thing about Shape is that it is the most effective platform I've ever used for a one-stop-shop for everything I've needed. One of my favorite features is the SMS integration. As a lot of my business is conducted via text, it makes it extremely easy for me to see all my texts right there on the software. Another one of my favorite features is the MLS sync which lets me find particular listings that match my criteria, all right there in the software! As well, being able to easily prioritize leads easily within the software is another plus. Overall, just the ability to sync and integrate practically everything you could possibly think of into one area makes this software so valuable. Not having multiple tabs or apps open on my computer or phone and being able to manage basically all components from one spot has definitely been worth the cost of the Shape. Also, I've been using google calendar for ages and basically all my business-oriented events are scheduled on there for the next several months, so being able to seamlessly integrate my google calendar into Shape is just another plus!

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

Perhaps I'd like to edit the style of the software a little bit. Having more customization in terms of the aesthetic of Shape would be nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Shape Software:**

If you are managing your business through using several apps and Softwares, this will definitely make your life much easier

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my main problems prior to having Shape was having to jumble and navigate from software to software for my various work-related documents and files. Being able to seamlessly manage literally everything from one central place has made life definitely easier, and in the long run, looking at the $100 price tag, it is most certainly worth it.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

The interface is very user friendly and easy to use. I have had almost no problems using the software and whenever I have called, customer service went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met in a timely and patient manner. There was almost no wait time on the phone which is really important considering how busy I am during the day. The last company we worked with had us on hold for almost 30 minutes! The cost was much lower than we had anticipated it to be after looking at other places. Having all of my data centralized in one location saves us a lot of time!

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I have not had any problems so far and I have already recommended shape to several colleagues of mine.

Don't be afraid to call customer service. They provide quick help for any problems and are very patient.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems we have solved are marketing and workflow automation and managing our reports.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

I was able to ditch my confusing excel spreadsheet, extensive email inbox labeling, and manual tracking system with one easy-to-use software. Shape Software provides the automation I need to focus more time on the digital marketing services I provide, and less time managing the administrative side of my own business. The automated features were the biggest selling points for me! Lead capture, sending follow-ups, and managing ongoing client projects within one interface has streamlined my entire process. I no longer lose track of important information or have to update the same client status in multiple locations. And, the automation has taken the tedious and time-consuming tasks off of my to-do list!

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I am a fairly new user to Shape Software, but will definitely be continuing! As of now, there are few items I dislike. It is much easier to use than past CRM Softwares and plugins I have tried. The intuitiveness is essential for me. Sometimes it takes a while to load, but I don't have incredible internet access where I live, so that could be a factor too.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest thing is organization and time-saving. The automated lead capture and follow-ups have freed up an enormous chunk of my time that I can focus on current client projects and delivering exemplary service. I can now see the areas I actually need help in and where to devote the time to growing my business. The administrative confusion was distracting me from seeing the potential of my business!

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

The streamlined way Shape puts everything I need to use under one easy to use platform makes work life a lot easier for us. My favorite feature is the synchronizing of email and calendar to my computer so I never miss anything and it gets filled in automatically as it comes in. It seems that the software just knows what is the most important and prioritizes it for me to access it in a timely manner. Communication not only within the company but to clients is facilitated and we never miss a beat thanks to it.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

Nothing negative to say about it so far, have told other people in my industry about how much our team is having using shape.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am easily and effectively able to manage one system as opposed to multiple different ones which leads to more productive use of time and ease of access.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

Shape is an extremely cost-efficient, effective CRM that allows full customization for all my business needs! They have excellent customer service and always help me on a moments notice. They have taken a lot of the daily administrative tasks off my hands and helped my business flourish. I highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I don't really have any major complaints about the software. There are a few additional charges you can buy that I wish were included in the package but for how cost-efficient the software is, I can't complain!

Switch to Shape! Saves you a lot of time AND money.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of my daily admin tasks are being solved with Shape.They manage leads, applicants, and enrollments effortlessly and have been automating my online marketing.My whole interview process is now automated and all my other CRM needs have been incorporated into my software.It definitely saves any admin lots of time and resources!

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

The intuitive layout is easy to use and lets me streamline my work. Now all of my data is in a centralized location which is amazing! Also if there is ever a time i have a question the customer supports is always easy to reach, answers my calls quickly and enables me to have a perfect user experience. Another fantastic feature I love about Shape is the fact that they have solutions for many industries and have the right people and tools to support guide you on any project in those industries. This is a software I 100% recommend and I think they have done a great job developing the platform and company.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I have nothing to dislike about the software. As explained before if  I ever have a question, the amazing and patient customer service will deliver step by step guidance on how to solve a problem.

**What problems is Shape Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Shape, I have been able to manage my business in a more efficient way. Thanks to the easy to use platform, I can manage potential leads and my online marketing which is a big help for me and my team. Now I can manage these leads from my email and text which means I am always up to date and can worry less. Another one of my favorite features is the ability to schedule interviews and automate specific processes. Shape has saved me time and has given me more peace of mind.

**What do you like best about Shape Software?**

Shape Software is extremely easy to use, it helped me manage online marketing and promotions. It also made it easy to interact with customers and automate daily tasks. It also links my tasks, applications, and customers. With their free trial, you can check all of their apps and see if this software fits what you are looking for which was extremely helpful for me. The pricing is not bad for what is included in the package, it is perfect if you want to keep track of your business, set up interviews, and so on. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a new software to try.

Don't have anything to complain about, it's easy to navigate and they are constantly finding ways to better the software.

No problems, some benefits is that it has made navigating my customers easily.

Very easy to use website and simple to request a demo! Shape Software makes it easy to manage clients and projects. I would definitely recommend Shape Software to a friend or colleague. Shape Software definitely fits my companies needs. On top of that, it is easy to install and has excellent support. Shape Software is also very compatible with different features.

**What do you dislike about Shape Software?**

I really don't have a lot of bad experience with Shape Software. On the website it shows the features so maybe make sure it is hitting all of the categories so none of them are x'ed out in grey.

Make sure to define what you really want, we took a lot of time trying to figure out exactly what features, setup, integrations etc. we wanted but if we sat down and just listed what we wanted at the beginning we would have been better prepared.
