What I like best is the sheer number of features and the excellent ease of integration between all the different HR modules. It truly covers everything in one place. Because it's our central platform, the frequency of use is daily for the HR team, and it's essential to have everything from recruiting to performance goals integrated seamlessly. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM? The main challenges are the poor ease of use and the difficult ease of implementation. The user interface is not intuitive for regular employees, which can make simple tasks frustrating and requires a lot of training. The initial implementation was a very long and expensive project that required significant external help. On top of that, getting effective customer support can be a slow process. The visual of the desktop site is appealing and home page and dropdowns are fairly easy to navigate. Since the recent updates, I have noticed a significant improvement in the overall user experience. This makes the platform far more intuitive and easier to navigate for everyday tasks.
