Its native integration with the broader SAP ecosystem—especially SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP—stands out, along with true enterprise-grade scalability and the flexibility needed to support complex, high-volume retail operations. The total cost is quite high because of licensing, custom development, and ongoing maintenance. Integrations with external platforms like Amazon also take more effort than we expected. On top of that, the default frontend feels heavy, so we had to invest extra in a headless setup. Overall, it comes across as heavyweight and less agile for fast-moving retail operations. It gives seamless real-time integration between our online store, inventory, pricing, and SAP ERP system, eliminating manual work and errors. It provides a single source for product data and orders across all our sales channels.
