# ServiceTitan vs Jobber for a growing home services business that needs scheduling, invoicing and customer history in one place?

This is the comparison I get asked about most in home services, so I'm finally mapping it out: ServiceTitan or Jobber. The reason it isn't a clean answer is that the two sit at opposite ends, one powerful and all-encompassing, the other simple and quick to run. I've added a couple of alternatives from the field service management category that growing teams tend to weigh alongside them.

ServiceTitan: Reviewers describe it as the all-in-one backbone that connects dispatch, CRM, invoicing, and inventory, with the trade-off that setup takes time and it's a bigger investment.

Jobber: Reviewers credit a fast setup and an interface techs adopt easily, connecting quoting, scheduling, and payments, with one reviewer noting a switch that wrapped up in a single day.

Housecall Pro: A common middle option, where reviewers point to the quote-to-payment flow and offline mobile app at a price small teams find fair.

FieldPulse: Reviewers who moved off a patchwork of apps describe consolidating scheduling, invoicing, and customer history into one place their field crews find simple.

If you grew through this decision, what tipped you toward ServiceTitan or Jobber, and knowing what you know now, would you make the same call? Anything you wish you'd tested before committing?

Jobber and Housecall Pro are close enough that the decision mostly comes down to which one your office manager doesn't hate after the first week.
