The communities and support are second to none. The ease of use, number of features and capabilities of the platorm are excellent and can be tailored to a large degree. I have best in class customer success support (Caroline Ashlee) and have received support and guidance at the highest level, Michael Eaton, Maria Alonso and Gregg are names that immedietly spring to mind as being super helpful in that respect. Fairly easy to use and most of the information we use day-to-day is easy to find. Being able to log in to other users accounts on their behalf via set-up is especially useful for troubleshooting. Some of the more complicated features (e.g. absence accruals) are not very intuitive to use or find within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sage People is user-friendly and straight forward.

Training and user-guides are excellent. When issues arise, the Customer Success Manager is timely, helpful, and provides recommendations to all business-related challenges.
