We are assigned a Customer Success Manager who is always very helpful and Support team is excellent. Other salesforce apps don't come close to the support offered by Sage People. They have extensive documentation and a customer community to lean on. They offer training initially during implementation and you can pay for extra training. You can pay for Sage to do configuration or projects for you. The system is very flexible and customizable. We can create and send data files on a schedule through SFTP to benefit and payroll providers. We can request enhancements and most get done in a reasonable time. Every quarter there are vast improvements in new features and enhancements so the system only gets better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Admin functions are difficult for the average user without much training and some items require salesforce admin training to build automation and new fields because it's too technical. CSMs and Support do help in this area. New features often take effort to implement and it does take time to manage, whereas some prebuilt packages are less effort, but you also don't get to customize. Sage People does not handle everything we need to do, such as payroll processing and a learning management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
