What do you like best about RingEX?

I truly appreciate the incredible support from RingEX, which I didn’t expect to be at such a high level. I also value being able to speak with knowledgeable experts whose recommendations genuinely help our team. The integration of RingEX with different programs—CRMs, ERPs, and other platforms—is fantastic; it isn’t just a standalone tool, and it really helps streamline our operations.

The audio quality during calls is excellent as well. On top of that, the setup was very easy thanks to the thorough training materials, including PDFs and step-by-step guides, which made the transition smooth for our small team. I like their advanced package the most. It includes analytics that help me see how customers are interacting in their journeys and allows for searching analytics, which also aids in marketing and special promotions, making things easier overall. I also appreciate the initial setup process being very easy with scheduled implementation. Features like auto attendant, ring groups, and call queues simplify workforce management, and I value having voicemail to email, online fax, and meeting tools included. Calling, messaging, video meetings, and faxing are all in the same place, which makes my day so much more efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I can quickly find what I need. I really like the advanced call handling, the AI-powered note-taking during calls, and how easy it is to manage everything through the web portal. It's super simple to set up new users, either by inviting them or setting up an account and credentials for them. The powerful API gives you lots of options for connecting to external applications. What do you like best about RingEX?

I really appreciate the flexibility of RingEX, allowing me to do more than just send calls. I can easily send an SMS to clients who aren't responsive over the phone, which is incredibly useful. I also like how RingEX enables us to effectively communicate both internally and externally and helps in setting up internal texts and reaching out to clients to set up meetings. Additionally, the setup was extremely easy, almost effortless, as everything was handled in the backend without any effort on my part. What do you like best about RingEX?

I love RingEX because I use it for outgoing calls, video meetings, and internal communication. It keeps communication in one place without needing multiple apps and allows us to do video conference calls every Monday and Friday, as well as other quicker meetings. The ease of use and its ability to do multiple things are great since it's not a platform that's a one-trick pony. It effectively brings my team together, especially with features like creating tasks, keeping each other accountable, scheduling meetings, and scheduling calls all from one place. What do you like best about RingEX?

I love how user-friendly RingEX is. You don't really have to know anything about the program to jump in and use it pretty quickly and effectively. It's user-friendly even for our customer service people, making it easy to transfer calls and handle all that fun stuff. Also, it's great that we can send faxes straight from our computer without needing a physical fax. The ability to act as a virtual assistant after hours is something we love, as it solves manpower issues. I also appreciate the call log feature, which helps with customer service as we can easily reach out to customers who haven't left complete information.
