The responsiveness of support is amazing and the simplicity but at the same time depth of the app's functionality and features is more or less exactly what we needed and had been looking for for a long time (without the huge price tag that a lot of other apps have). It was very easy to integrate with our Shopify store, and it has significantly improved the efficiency of how we handle returns.
