What do you like best about ReturnZap?

David has been an incredible support for our boutique, and the customer service provided by Return Zap is always ready to assist with any of our needs or questions. They consistently go above and beyond to help us achieve our goals. They even adjusted the configuration of a few text elements to better accommodate our boutique and helped us set up the application for certain functions, such as the return labels, to ensure everything was properly set up.

The application itself is always evolving, which is fantastic! It offers many features, and some new ones are really enhancing the platform, like the ability to exchange items across the entire catalogue and the more specific return questions that provide better data. It’s user-friendly and easy to learn, making it a huge time-saver for us. My team adapted to the platform’s features (email notifications, resolving returns, setting up the return page, etc.) incredibly quickly, thanks to how intuitive it is.

It was really important for us that the return process was simple and fast because, as a retail business, we have a high volume of returns each month. The system’s efficiency and ease of use have been a game changer for us.

I highly recommend Return Zap for any business seeking a seamless and efficient return management system, and of course, for the exceptional customer service that is always there to help and to take our ideas into consideration for potential new features. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReturnZap?

It would be a game-changer if ReturnZap could integrate the application with the POS system. Additionally, having a rule that prevents customers from returning POS orders through the application would be incredibly helpful. This is something we are currently looking into, as we have both our online store and four boutiques located in the same building or nearby. Customers sometimes try to bypass the system by returning their boutique orders through the application and then bringing them back to the store, but our team is trained to always verify and ensure everything is in order :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
