What do you like best about ReturnZap?

The responsiveness of support is amazing and the simplicity but at the same time depth of the app's functionality and features is more or less exactly what we needed and had been looking for for a long time (without the huge price tag that a lot of other apps have). It was very easy to integrate with our Shopify store, and it has significantly improved the efficiency of how we handle returns. It's definitely improved the customer experience and the data that we get from it has also helped us improve things on our product end to minimise returns overall. What do you dislike about ReturnZap?

Not a dislike, but just a something we'd like to have in the future if possible. At the moment we ask customers to ship the return on their own, as the 'pay for a shipping label' option only works for US customers at the moment since we're only able to use the USPS option on EasyPost. We would love to have a way of charging a handling fee before sending our warehouse's prepaid labels (so like a 'Pay for a Label' function, but instead of it being an instant purchase it would send us a request for a label, then we would be able to send them a link to pay for it before the PDF is released to them). It's a bit of a complicated ask and we wouldn't expect this from anything other than an additional paid add-on to the app, hence why this is not a dislike but just an expression of something we'd love to have but we know is very difficult.
