What do you like best about Resolver?

We really appreciate the flexibility of the tool to be configured to work for our specific needs. In addition, the customer support is very responsive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resolver?

Connect to PowerBI, while possible has been a significant struggle. Our internal IT team has had to put in a lot of time to make the connection usable and it still isn't functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Resolver?

I have been a resolver user for over 5 years now and love that the system is an all-in-one solution, the dispatch portal, investigation tools, and the ease of keeping all relevant case information linked together makes things easier. The inability to handle dates and times in the client's time zone, the report generation is very limited, it does not allow the creation of calculated fields, when you want to make custom reports it is impossible. Resolver can be tailored to suit the incident reporting needs and requirements of various agencies that report incidents. The analytics tool us user friendly. There is a high volume of configurable forms, object types, and fields listed in the environment that are not applicable.
