As a user who mainly performs trainings and reviews compliance documents, I find the UI to be very clean and easy to use, posing no friction to completing trainings. I've used the platform a handful of times already. There are also little to no distractions when it comes to reviewing the documents. Security also appears to be taken into account allowing for SSO login. Completing a training requires the user to input their login credentials, making sure they're the ones actually performing the training. Can't comment on customer support as I haven't used it (haven't had any issues that needed to be dealt with). Overall, Qualio is a very straightforward, practical platform to complete trainings and review compliance documents that works as one would expect. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** Can't find any specific thing I dislike about Qualio. Also, the CAPA event is well organized, which makes it easier to complete tasks and close them. Qualio software helps to track changes in procedures and forms, which makes it much easier to compare previous versions with current ones and approve or decline the new version. Linking all needed files, documents and standards is one of the most useful options. The "Sandbox" option helps to learn the new options, without creating test documents in the life version. One more important thing is to use Qualio on all of my devices, which makes my job much more effective and helps me track any changes daily. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** It would be very helpful if we could search different types of documents by filtering them by the type of procedure (WI - work instruction, AP-analytical procedure....). Also, there is no warning if you create an event in the life version, you can not retire it (the only option is to close it, however, some events may be created by mistake or be duplicated). Quality teams can set up and administer the system without the help of a technical IT team. If you do need any type of assistance, the Qualio support team is one of the best that I have ever worked with. They take all of your questions/concerns seriously, find you answers and keep you updated on status all along the way. Every single employee uses Qualio and there are very few complaints or issues. In a fast paced environment, we just need tools to work. Qualio does !! Qualio has continued to evolve the product over time and takes the time to listen to their customers for input. Their new "release trains" (i.e. bundling new functionality together with advance notice) allows clients to evaluate the changes and address the continuous validation requirements of this industry. We are excited for future updates ! We really love it. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** There are some small issues related to the number of organizations that Qualio services. Pharma research has different needs than technology providers who have different needs than manufacturing companies. Qualio works for all of them, but we sometimes have to work around small issues as a result. Putting a focus on Qualio as a management tool will go a long way in the future (right now, management has limited access to things like assigning training or seeing their teams training records, and there are limited reports that provide useful information for continuous improvement ). But they are happy to take input and have included feedback on their long term product goals !! **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualio is a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant QMS that houses all of our procedures and facilitates review, approval (with 21 CFR Part 11 signatures), archiving... and simplifying the training process too !! ### 16. We are able to edit, review and approve documents throughout our team with ease. We love the different options that Qualio offers (training matrix, supplier matrix, document control). It has also been very helpful with revisions and making sure all documents stay up to date. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** We wish Qualio had page breaks when creating documents - this is what we have struggled with the most. When we print a document they format is all over the place and not easy to use once printed. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualio saves us a lot of time to edit and approve documents. They are easly transferred from person to person and gives notifications when its a certain persons time to do work on the document. It has also eased our tracking for CAPAs and complaints. Once our supplier matrix is fully set up this is ease our supplier approval and audits for suppliers. We are also loving that it tracks when documents are up for review, makes sure we keep on top of having updated SOPs and supporting documents. ### 17. Qualios system prevents this works very well. We use Qualio as a daily document control manager; as a research and development manager, I'm very involved in the day-to-day running of the QMS, and I helped to integrate our old QMS into Qualio. The customer support has also been fantastic with the message app working well to get you in contact with help when you need it. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** I think the design control element of Qualio is a little underdeveloped and could do with a few improvements for better implementation of engineering best practices. Similarly, the training functionality is very basic, and I think the Qualios team could go a long way to add functionality here. I really wish you could upload Excel docs like the new Word integration. I wish we could choose which features get implemented into the update trains rather than it all being forced. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualio helps us to document our QMS better and prevent issues such as duplicated documents and unsigned/unapproved documents being accessed. It allows better access to documents via the online platform as we work across a number of sites. The most important thing for me and the reason I have stayed with Qualio is there insistance to always improve. They listen to their customers and I often find they strive to satisfy and make their customers happy. Always get excited when I see their improvements email. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** Their events section of the QMS is still very much a work in progress but at the same time I am seeing improvements as time goes by. I also think the document control Reviewer and approval system could be a little more user friendly to a Quality administrator. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers are big pharma and we need to be recognised by them when it comes to governance and quality. Qualio has provided those assurances especially when it comes to Document control and CAPA.
