It's nice that the documents are live rather than being offline like they used to be. I also appreciate that you can do live links to everything, making it all quite easy to use. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** Our Jira integration isn't working that smoothly. It doesn't really pull in test cases correctly, so I still have to make sure I'm writing the correct tests in Jira and linking them manually to the design controls, which can be tedious. There's also a bug where changes in ticket type in Jira aren't reflected in Qualio's design controls, causing relationship issues and frustration. It's also easy to access, runs everywhere. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** There is no way to automate workflows, for instance, the document control section of a document, could automatically be filled with the gap between the present draft and the previous effective version, and if the user introduces the Document Change Request event that triggers the new draft, the system could validate if the request in the CR fits the changes in the draft, and feed the CR validation section with that info. The Design control is good for tracking design inputs and outputs for the project. Ease of reviewing and approving a document. I like the linking feature between the documents, which allows for easy finding of relevant information in documentation. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** No repeat reminders if a document has been out for review/approval for a while and has been missed by the reviewer, and so is holding up a document from final release. No notifications or warnings if you are looking at a document which is currently being reviewed, but you are not in the review process, so you would be working on a document that will soon be obsolete without knowing. Just a little notification would help. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating new documentation for projects which need to be reviewed by a number of people, which allows ease of suggestion and modifications to the document. Cannot search by title, or owner, or approver, and the search function that does exist appears to parse the entire document on a keyword match, leading to large volumes of documents that are non-responsive (Except that they might have a single word in the entire document that matches). Additionally, the formatting throughout the document can become messy, as the platform is not as user-friendly as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Documents sometimes freeze and cannot be edited or commented on when there are multiple reviewers with various comments. I have not experienced this issue with other eQMS programs or editing software. Furthermore, as a basic user, I have access to superseded versions of documents. This should not be the case, though I am unsure if this issue is due to the permissions my company has granted me or if it is a Qualio-specific problem. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Qualio as a document management system as well as an event management system. It is nice and beneficial to have both of these tracking systems in Qualio. I also don't like the way of exporting documents with many references because it messes them up. However, Qualio is still lacking many features of MS Word and I'm not able to perform most of the analytics that I need. Training took a bit of time to get used to it especially for change request. We can see the state of the documents at any point of time, who changed it etc etc. and for the most part easy to ise for users can't say the same for implementors. Customer support is okish. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** The UI is not mobile friendly and integrating it with other services is pain in the b*tt. It is not at all easy to use for implementors. There is no way to tell how much time a user spent reading a document. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have basically two problems, the first one that we want to store company's policies and prodcuder documents somewhere and want a system similar to GIT version control where we can blame any line of code and see the state of documents at any point of time in the past The second problem is that we want a somewhat leagal proof that the end user i.e employee, client, stockholder etc has read the documents and acknowledged it. There are some problems but they are not mission critical. And i think for the most qualio is full filing both of these reqs. ### 28. Outside of a wonderfully responsive onboarding and support team it offers a few other distinct advantages including: - Integrated training system - Integrated supplier management function - Account add-ons that give access to a wealth of starter documents - Ongoing development of the platform that gives meaningful quality-of-life improvements. If your company is considering a paper-based quality management system due to the cost and complexity of other systems, I'd implore you to look at this system and consider what it can do for you for a fraction the cost of its competitors. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** One of Qualio's greatest strengths is its cost but this comes with its own price. - The limitations of the systems in-platform document editor make it unsuitable for a number of major document types where fine formatting control isn't simply a want, but an absolute necessity. - The system isn't currently setup to support querying capabilities used by many companies to get at-a-glance views of status. However this function is coming and their in-system Analytics function still offers many useful insights. - The simplicity of user levels in Qualio is a weakness in that it makes it difficult to limit functionality access for certain items, meaning well-crafted training and implementation is needed to keep low-compliance minded team members from breaking workflows frequently. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yes..... its the backbone of our whole quality system. ### 39. Training assessment controls are limited. Deviation/Investigation is very limited to be effective. Unique ID for forms are also not properly addressed. The review comments in a procedure do not come alongside but at the very end of the section making it difficult for reviewer(s) and author to follow. **Recommendations to others considering Qualio:** Its a very simplicitic QMS good for documentation review and approvals of procedures and forms. Detailed Deviations, investigations and change control might not be very plausible on this. Good for a startup based on cost price and utility **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are creating a database for our procedures, forms, policy and manual documents. Forms are used as an attachment to ensure easy print out once approved. It also allows to ensure training is provided before document becomes effective. So helps being compliant as well. ### 46.
