It has been a few times I had to reach out for support but it seems they are always available. You can get a quick reply for your inquires with a solution. Online Support has never let me down. And if I reached out for support is not because something is wrong with Proxyclick (because it has never stopped working) but because I wanted to do something new or different I wasn’t doing before. They guide you step by step until you complete your task.
Billing is also an ease. We receive our invoice the same date every month with all detailed info we need to process payment (from correct address to PO number and any other special request we do). AP have never had an issue with billing.
Running on iOS also provides a great experience, many people may be Android fans but iPad really shines when using Proxyclick. Get a stand for your iPad and Proxyclick will change the way your reception counter looks. It will be neatly organized. The best part of ProxyClick is the service that stands behind it. When I have an issue, emails are constantly going back and forth between myself and support. We are used to the typical: send support an email and wait and wait and wait for a response. With ProxyClick, its the opposite. They are so quick with responses, they are typically waiting on me! (I want to preface this comment by saying that it is mostly aimed at Brother) We purchased a recommended printer (Brother VC-500W) and it has been nothing but trouble. We don't frequently have visitors, but without a doubt everytime we do, the printer is off. Then when it is on, its slow to print. Finally when its done printing, you have to manually tell the printer to cut the label (really?!). This makes the entire check in process tedious and time consuming. The ProxyClick app side is fast and easy to use. But when considering the check-in process as a whole, I've seen co-workers give up on checking people in due to the printer's lacking abilities.

It's cloud based, so no need to host anything locally except for the actual kiosks (iPads). All management is done through their website, which supports single sign-on and user provisioning from our IdP. Technical support is always only a live chat message away. If there is a network outage on site, visitors will have to be logged with pen and paper. We've some times had issues with the badge printers, not printing with the correct aspect ratio, or in some cases not printing at all. Printers can be difficult to configure. We had trouble installing multiple badge printers in the same workspace. The system is designed to accept one printer as primary and take a secondary printer via a workaround. We had to use a beta version of the app to make the second printer function correctly. Not much to dislike but one feature that would be helpful especially in this Era is being able to give guests the ability to answer questions in advance. Maybe as part of the invite email.

Some minor UI changes to the iPad app would be nice and improve user interaction.
1) Check-out button/link is way too small and people don't notice it on the iPad home screen. I would make it as large as the Check-in button.

One of the best features about proxyclick is the amount you can do for a visitor before they even visit your site. The visitior can arrive at you site having already agrees to the terms anc conditions your require and armed with a pre-printed barcode that will then check them into the building, inform who they are visitng that they have arrived, print their name badge and grant them access to the company guest wi-fi. The visitor can quickly answer a few questions and save their profiles for return visits. Notifications to the host are quick and easy with the app or email.

I wish there was more room for customization on the check-in workflow. For example, there are times we'd like to make a small modification to a screen but we are defaulted to either keeping the page as it is or creating a custom screen. If we have multiple questions we'd like to add, we have to have a whole screen for it instead of adding it to a pre-existing screen. Additionally, tracking recurring visitor passes isn't very easy, as we basically have to go day-by-day to find out who has them as opposed to being able to filter by it. Additionally, I can't seem to understand why delivery notification emails can't be customized as well.
