What do you like best?

Visitor management at its best. Handles everything from scheduled visit to a newcomer. It even includes package delivery.

It has been a few times I had to reach out for support but it seems they are always available. You can get a quick reply for your inquires with a solution. Online Support has never let me down. And if I reached out for support is not because something is wrong with Proxyclick (because it has never stopped working) but because I wanted to do something new or different I wasn’t doing before. They guide you step by step until you complete your task.

Billing is also an ease. We receive our invoice the same date every month with all detailed info we need to process payment (from correct address to PO number and any other special request we do). AP have never had an issue with billing.

Running on iOS also provides a great experience, many people may be Android fans but iPad really shines when using Proxyclick. Get a stand for your iPad and Proxyclick will change the way your reception counter looks. It will be neatly organized. And being so self explanatory you won’t require an extra person to help register a visitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using Proxyclick to manage visitors have changed not only the way we used to do it. It has a great impact with all visitors. Being able to register themselves and get a badge with their picture is really professional and getting rid of the old book where everyone had to sign was wonderful.

It allows you for screen customization, several language options and easier registration for returning visitors.

Proxyclick shows how many visitors are inside the premises in an emergency situation at any time, allowing to look for someone who’s not present during an evacuation.

What do you like best?

The best part of ProxyClick is the service that stands behind it. When I have an issue, emails are constantly going back and forth between myself and support. We are used to the typical: send support an email and wait and wait and wait for a response. With ProxyClick, its the opposite. They are so quick with responses, they are typically waiting on me! What do you dislike?

(I want to preface this comment by saying that it is mostly aimed at Brother) We purchased a recommended printer (Brother VC-500W) and it has been nothing but trouble. We don't frequently have visitors, but without a doubt everytime we do, the printer is off. Then when it is on, its slow to print. Finally when its done printing, you have to manually tell the printer to cut the label (really?!). This makes the entire check in process tedious and time consuming. The ProxyClick app side is fast and easy to use. But when considering the check-in process as a whole, I've seen co-workers give up on checking people in due to the printer's lacking abilities.

I would love to see what a more recent recommended printer could do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The iPad presentation in the lobby alone makes a great first welcome impression. The system is quick and professional. I haven't played with the contactless check-in, but that feature came out very quickly during the COVID lockdown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For ISO 27001, visitor management and auditing is a must. ProxyClick handles this with ease.

What do you like best?

It's cloud based, so no need to host anything locally except for the actual kiosks (iPads). All management is done through their website, which supports single sign-on and user provisioning from our IdP. Technical support is always only a live chat message away. What do you dislike?

If there is a network outage on site, visitors will have to be logged with pen and paper. We've some times had issues with the badge printers, not printing with the correct aspect ratio, or in some cases not printing at all. What do you like best?

I had a query recently around some billing and thanks to their live chat my query was answered within minutes by a very helpful real-life person. What do you like best?

ProxyClick allows us to create customized check-in workflows and print temporary badges for visitors. The solution is able to accomplish this with sleek, minimalist tablet kiosks and serves as a great tool for making first impressions to visitors. Printers can be difficult to configure. We had trouble installing multiple badge printers in the same workspace. The system is designed to accept one printer as primary and take a secondary printer via a workaround. We had to use a beta version of the app to make the second printer function correctly. Our organization hosts large amounts of visitors simultaneously. Prior to implementing ProxyClick, we didn't have a great centralized way to see details on all our visitors. The process to create visitor badges was also less efficient and unable to keep pace with our visitor numbers. ProxyClick has solved both of these issues. What do you like best?

The feature we use the most is the email invite. I think reception appreciates this feature the most as they will always know when people or groups are coming. and The QR code check in feature is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike but one feature that would be helpful especially in this Era is being able to give guests the ability to answer questions in advance. Maybe as part of the invite email.

We use the feature that has them sign a pdf before coming, but would make things much smoother especially with large groups if they could all answer questions days in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We moved from a paper system to this digital one. We previously used a logbook with hundreds of pages but now reception/HR can look back and very easily view visits and people without much effort or sress.

The pricing model is not entirely transparent at first glance. You have to make a little effort to understand the price list and find all the features. But I managed to do that, and the support could have helped me anytime ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking for a user friendly, complete and compliant solution, you should take your time and use the proxyclick test trail. My receptionists, the users and the visitors have attested me a very good user experience. More can't be expected of an actually, can it?

We will now test the solution at other locations. The multilingualism allows us to do this in other countries as well.

The online support is also very positive and fast! We have found solutions that show that proxyclick is also flexible.

We converted the visitor management on paper to digital within hours, fulfilled the emergency requirements and, thanks to the good administration functions, the APP could go live very quickly.

What do you like best?

The dashboard is simple and effective. The UI is sleek and allows easy management of visitor records. Attendance notifications are a big plus as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some minor UI changes to the iPad app would be nice and improve user interaction.

1) Check-out button/link is way too small and people don't notice it on the iPad home screen. I would make it as large as the Check-in button.

2) There needs to be an option to have the QR code scanning done from the home screen. without physically touching the kiosk. Less physical touch huge plus during this Pandemic and it also shortens the visitor's interaction time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Test the system out with a small pilot group before rolling it out to the office or organization. The system does send out a considerable about of emails to registered visitors so you need to make sure everything is configured correctly or you'll be blasting junk mail to everyone every day. We are using it to keep track of employees and contractors that are visiting our office during our phased reopening during this COVID-19 Pandemic. What do you like best?

One of the best features about proxyclick is the amount you can do for a visitor before they even visit your site. The visitior can arrive at you site having already agrees to the terms anc conditions your require and armed with a pre-printed barcode that will then check them into the building, inform who they are visitng that they have arrived, print their name badge and grant them access to the company guest wi-fi. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

The visitor can quickly answer a few questions and save their profiles for return visits. Notifications to the host are quick and easy with the app or email.

We like that the terms can be signed and sent to the visitor so we know everyone agreed before entering the premises. We have yet to use Custom badges but we are actively looking at upgrading to use this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The packages can be expensive. Thought they are changing their price structure too.

We also had an issue with sending a notification to the visitor is someone replies to a notification as we don't have a receptionist to verbal relay the message. I believe this is fixed or will be fixed in a higher tier license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have your i Pads supervised via an MDM solution is possible. We installed our iPad Pro in a pedestal that locks out the ability to access any buttons. So putting it into single App mode can be difficult. We simply switch the iPad in and our of single app mode from our MDM when we need to do updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a lobby that previously only had a phone and a list of employee extensions. Tracking down the right person or finding at their desk was a challenge as the list was not always up-to date and accurate. Now a visitor signs in and the Host is notified by email or App on their phones. No need to call to other colleagues to track someone down or let them know someone is waiting. What do you like best?

The ease of setting up your Kiosk and very intuitfive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some feature require an upgrade to a higher-priced tier, for only a single option that doesn’t justify the cost for us.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have not tried other systems and I would not even consider switching. It's easy to setup and use, Very stable kiosk application and lots of features for the price with no hidden charges. A few years ago we wanted to get rid of paper logs, we have been very happy with the product since.
