What do you like best about Eptura Visitor?

I have been using Eptura Visitor since 2020, it is visitor management at its best. Handles everything from scheduled visit to a newcomer and even includes package delivery.

It has been a few times I had to reach out for support, but it seems they are always available. You can get a quick reply for all your inquires with a solution. Online Support has never let me down. And if I reached out for support is not because something is wrong with Proxyclick (because it has never stopped working) but because I wanted to do something new or different I wasn’t doing before. They guide you step by step until you complete your task.

Billing has changed, I used to have monthly payments, now I'm only offered an annual subscription which is supposedly cheaper in the long run. We usually receive the invoice the same week with all detailed info we need to process payment (from correct address to PO number and any other special request we have). Accounts payable has never had an issue with billing.

Running on iOS also provides a great experience, many people may be Android fans, but iPad really shines when using Eptura visitor. Get a nice stand for your iPad and Eptura visitor will change the way your reception counter looks. It will be neatly organized. And being so self-explanatory you won’t require an extra person to help register a visitor. I recommend you use a smart switch to toggle the iPad power on and off because this works so well you even forget you have an iPad managing your visitors, my last iPad died on me because of 24/7 charging, the battery got damaged and the screen broke because of the swollen battery. So now I have a smart switch turning on and off with 6-hour cycle which has improved performance and life for the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eptura Visitor?

It seems to have everything I need. Maybe I would just complain about price, when we started there were different plans, now it has increased a bit above my budget, some features require an extra fee which I think shouldn't be the case or change plan. It has some features I would love to try but they are limited to specific hardware I don't have (like access control or printers) which are not compatible with the solution I already have.
