What we like most about Procurify is that it delivers real, measurable value while continually improving based on customer feedback. Unlike many SaaS companies that become less responsive once the contract is signed, Procurify actually listens to its customers and incorporates feedback into the product. Pricing was negotiable. The platform has helped us reduce overhead and dramatically increase productivity by turning manual processes that once took days or weeks into tasks we can complete in hours. It also reduces human error, improves spend visibility, and leverages AI and automation to make procurement more efficient, producing repeatable, consistent results. The API integration works well, even with our ancient ERP. The user interface is unbelievably simple. Everyone we’ve worked with at Procurify has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The only drawback is that I would like to see more project-based options. In other words, I'd like the end user to be able to split the Request for order across multiple orgs/locations. Procurify allows users to quickly submit purchase orders or expenses in an efficient way. In particular, we’ve found several features to be especially useful, including the ability to crop screenshots in-app so only the relevant receipt information is included, and to track expenses through mileage tracking rather than relying on users to convert their own numbers.

The app is intuitive and enables users to troubleshoot on their own without needing support. It’s also quick and responsive, which helps users complete workflows efficiently. When searching for GL or account codes, the app makes it easy to view the rows, giving the person submitting the order helpful added context.

This app has been used by both staff and volunteers who are claiming expenses and making orders, and it has integrated smoothly across the organization.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, the cost appears appropriate for the scope of work we use it for. The value comes largely from having purchasing and expense processes centralized in one platform, while reducing the amount of manual administration required from users and staff. There are a few minor technical improvements that could make the experience more polished, although none have significantly affected our day-to-day use. For example, there are occasional instances where the Submit button needs to be clicked twice before an expense or purchase request is processed.

A more meaningful improvement would be stronger draft management. The ability to create, clearly save, and return to multiple drafts would be useful when working on several purchase orders or expenses across different departments at the same time. This would make it easier to manage work in progress without having to complete each submission sequentially.

I have been using Procurify to submit my BC Hockey Referee Clinic expenses since the fall of 2022. It has been easy to navigate and the submission and approval process makes getting payment seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to be able to copy previous expense reports since I tend to do clinics in the same location every year, so I then I can simply update the dates (and any values of if they changed) rather than re-create it from scratch each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Last year, I would have said I disliked how the ordering process never seemed to result in me getting my supplies. As it turns out, that was user error. With a little training, the process has been rendered quick and easy. I really find Procurify useful for streamlining both finding and purchasing due to its simplicity, which is great for someone like me who is not very tech-proficient. Sometimes I have trouble understanding order statuses, which might be because I'm not the most tech-savvy. There have also been a few times when I went through the order process and forgot to hit submit. A feature like a cart reminder would be really helpful to make sure I complete my orders. I find it frustrating that I can't edit the department directly in Procurify and have to duplicate expenses, which can lead to duplicate charges and makes the process less efficient. It's also inconvenient that I don't have full access to track all expenses, especially if someone else is added as an approver. It’s expensive to add super-users who need access to view the budget. On the accounting side, it also isn’t very flexible when errors come up and need to be corrected. I love how Procurify gets what's needed to the right person instantly, and they can view it at work or on the go with the app on the phone. The communication back and forth on quantity, delivery dates, and everything is transparent. It allows the person in charge of approval to see price points, urgency, and also a record of all orders. The prices flow great to me. One of my favorite features is seeing order history and saved order bundles to replicate week to week. The process of getting items entered into the system and not having to go through generic items would be a great improvement. Although the process of entering generic items for orders is really not too bad, I found it quick and easy nonetheless. Another thing is that receiving doesn't always mark that it has been delivered.
