It is very intuitive and makes tracking expenses by department or vendor a breeze. The platform is simple to navigate, which saves time and makes the overall expense management process much smoother. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I have yet to find anything I dislike about Procurify. Anytime there's an issue or concern, Procurify is quick to respond and is always looking for ways to improve the system. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procurify helps solve the problem of scattered and hard-to-track purchasing and expense processes. Instead of managing requests, approvals, and spending details through emails or separate spreadsheets, everything is organized in one place. This makes it much easier to track expenses by department or vendor, improve visibility into spending, and keep approvals moving smoothly. For me, the biggest benefit is saving time and having a clearer view of where money is going, which makes budgeting and expense management much more efficient. ### 2. It offers plenty of automated features that make it simpler to create requests, receive items, and approve purchases. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I have not experienced real downsides but it would be good if there was more flexibility with PunchOut Suppliers. We currently only have one setup. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procurify has completely changed how we manage purchases and reconcile orders. Before implementing Procurify, we relied on spreadsheets and handled everything manually. With Procurify, we’ve streamlined our processes for ordering, budgeting, and vendor management, which has made our workflow much more organized. You can create purchase requests, send them for approval, generate purchase orders, track budgets and spending, manage vendors, process invoices and payments, and record all expenses in one place, which helps keep everything clear and easy to manage. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** One thing I dislike about Procurify is that it can sometimes feel slow or take many steps to complete simple tasks. The approval process may take time, searching for old requests or POs is not always easy, and if information is entered wrong, fixing it can be confusing. I like how fast it is, especially compared to other procurement software I've used. It easily allows multiple levels of permissions, which is really helpful. When I'm ordering supplies, I don't want to type in a bunch of boxes, so I appreciate that Procurify auto-populates based on the product link and my past orders. Additionally, my PI is able to approve or deny orders, which works great. The initial setup was very easy, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** Nothing! **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Procurify to order lab supplies easily and get approval from various people. It's useful because, in the past, I would create an order form, but Procurify now acts as the middleman. It helps me create a list of the items, takes me to the site, and allows my Supervisor to know the items and approve them without needing to send emails or messages. The site has been user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** In my experience, the only thing I may have struggled with is making sure I label the items correctly. It doesn’t really ruin my experience, but they’ve been sitting there for a long time. There’s no real reason for them to remain, since the order was canceled and a refund was issued through Amazon. It's also very informative on what is purchased and received, so I can utilize and put items away efficiently. I appreciate the new feature of mandatory putting the need-by date; it really brings attention to the needed date and makes us less likely to run out of crucial items for production. It's a great system tool because before using it I was kind of in the dark on half the items I sent to purchase. Setting up Procurify was pretty easy, and after about a month, we got pretty good at it. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I think having common items frequently ordered being reviewed and put in the system for future orders instead of having to research prices, company, and item codes through the generic item option would be beneficial. Also, I wish the mobile app was as detailed as the desktop version. There's not a lot on the screen where you gotta stare at or a lot of buttons to click. It gets straight to the point. The initial setup was easy, and I definitely appreciate it. It's a really great site. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I think a couple tweaks could be helpful. Like, when you're ordering, it would be nice to just see recent orders more quickly, maybe with a small icon on the side. It splits my budget by quarters, and if in the first quarter I have a lot of yearly renewals, it always calculates budget overusage, which makes this part not actual.
