What I like best about Procurify is its easy-to-use interface. It is very intuitive and makes tracking expenses by department or vendor a breeze. What I like best about Procurify is that it makes buying and paying for things simple and organized. You can create purchase requests, send them for approval, generate purchase orders, track budgets and spending, manage vendors, process invoices and payments, and record all expenses in one place, which helps keep everything clear and easy to manage. One thing I dislike about Procurify is that it can sometimes feel slow or take many steps to complete simple tasks. The approval process may take time, searching for old requests or POs is not always easy, and if information is entered wrong, fixing it can be confusing. I like that once I sign in, it directs me to the site I would like to go to and once I have completed my order on the site, it redirects me to Procurify to complete the last steps for my order. It's useful because, in the past, I would create an order form, but Procurify now acts as the middleman. It helps me create a list of the items, takes me to the site, and allows my Supervisor to know the items and approve them without needing to send emails or messages. The site has been user-friendly. In my experience, the only thing I may have struggled with is making sure I label the items correctly. At times it can be challenging putting the things you are ordering under a category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Procurify is great for letting me know my orders have been approved or denied. It's also very informative on what is purchased and received, so I can utilize and put items away efficiently. I appreciate the new feature of mandatory putting the need-by date; it really brings attention to the needed date and makes us less likely to run out of crucial items for production. It's a great system tool because before using it I was kind of in the dark on half the items I sent to purchase. I think having common items frequently ordered being reviewed and put in the system for future orders instead of having to research prices, company, and item codes through the generic item option would be beneficial. I love that Procurify is easy and self-sufficient. It's a site you can just go on, and it's easy to access—no long and overdue hassling. For me, it's easy to just log on to Procurify, click what I'm looking for, and access the portal when it's time to order the things I need. It's also easy to navigate. There's not a lot on the screen where you gotta stare at or a lot of buttons to click. It gets straight to the point. The initial setup was easy, and I definitely appreciate it. I think a couple tweaks could be helpful. Like, when you're ordering, it would be nice to just see recent orders more quickly, maybe with a small icon on the side. That way, you could just click on one and reorder again without too many clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like keeping track of my orders with Procurify. I've been using it for four years, and it's been easy to search and find my previous orders, which allows me to duplicate them and spend less time re-ordering. I like Procurify because I can see orders history and build approval flows with some dependencies and conditions. I don't like the budget planning in Procurify. It splits my budget by quarters, and if in the first quarter I have a lot of yearly renewals, it always calculates budget overusage, which makes this part not actual. I wouldn’t say there’s much I have to complain about when using Procurify. I only use it for a few basic things, so I can’t really speak to the full program or everything it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Procurify allows quick and easy ordering right from my fingertips. The easy access to Amazon Business Punch Out is a big plus. It is valuable because it links my organizations in different states, letting us use just one system. The initial setup was very easy, and I haven't had any issues with it.
