Everyone from their implementation specialist to account managers to technical support. The integration capabilities are incredle! The Amazon PunchOut was a bit rocky to launch but the Procurify team made the entire process easy to understand and enjoyable. We presented a big roadblack to Procurify and they built out a solution and involved our team along the entire way. The user interface is incredibly friendly and easy to use. Their pricing is incredibly fair. We use this every single day at our non profit that produces a large scale event. If you're looking for an easy to use, robust, flexible, purchasing syste, - look no farther. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** There are only 2 things I find a bit lacking with Procurify. 1- Built In Reports could use a bit more power user features. The built in reports lack granulatiry. With that said you can export all of the data easily and generate your own filters to see what you need, just takes a bit of excel work. 2- The receiving module could be stronger. We wish when rejecting an item in receive that you could have the option to drop it back into the procurement queue to purchase wihtout retriggering the approvals process. Having a mobile app is extremely helpful (would be nice if all features were included). Adding in vendors and products is quick and easy. The emails that alert me when an order is approved are helpful and informative. If there was some sort of way to manage inventory within Procurify, that would make it the ultimate software for procurement. Very helpful and solid software overall. I use it on a daily basis and I don't know if I could even do my job without it. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I would like to be able to see emails that I have sent through Procurify. Occasionally we will request things through the email that is sent through Procurify with the PO. It would be nice to be able to go back and access these sent emails if needed. A lot of the times products will change prices. I would like to be able to update the Procurify product catalog prices while in the order request section. When I add an item from the catalog it would be nice to have a checkbox or something that will update the price in my product catalog rather than having to open it separately to update pricing. I would also like to be able to put all of my orders into one order request, even if they are going to different facilities. I know I can change the shipping address while creating the PO, but it would be a lot easier to have the option beforehand and not to have to submit multiple order requests or double check each item's shipping address. I would like to be able to change prices of an item after we receive the item on Procurify. It currently won't allow you to do that, so if a price is entered incorrectly or changes, I have to mark it as unreceived to change it and then receive it again. This is annoying sometimes. I would like the vendor section to allow multiple vendors with the same exact name. A vendor with the same name has multiple addresses, so I have to go back in and edit the address whenever I need to order from one of them. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides the resources to create and send POs to our vendors. This allows us to have that method of communication between us and vendors. It simplifies the ordering process. ### 31.
