It's helpful for creating a consistent platform to work with purchase orders and invoices for the IT team, rather than relying on just email loops. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I don't like the budget planning in Procurify. It splits my budget by quarters, and if in the first quarter I have a lot of yearly renewals, it always calculates budget overusage, which makes this part not actual. Also, the UI needs improvement because I have to scroll to the right to find the 'Approve' button for Purchase Orders. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Procurify for IT budget planning and approvals. It helps me build approval workflows for IT purchases and provides a consistent platform for managing purchase orders and invoices, rather than relying on email loops. ### 2. However, our company will not add useful fields like "category", "size" or "type". We have "Product Catalog" enabled but without better ways if filtering, it's just one big list of items and completely useless. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clear communication, all in one place. Would be great to have budgets based on a free configurable list not only account codes. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** The product is not 100% develop sometimes like the Netsuite connection flexibility or the csv uploads. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far my impression is they are more focus on AP, credit cards and cross selling products than in the PO process itself. ### 8. I guess the fact of having a tool for procurement, but within the tool I like the capability of the reporting that I use frequently. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** Pricing, Integration with QBO (for us at least) is not beneficial, the fact that you can customize too easily what is displayed, the inability to make certain changes. It's not as intuitive as it seems. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The solution is to have an approval process for all of our purchases along with keeping track of them.
