**What do you like best about Pike?**

I really appreciate Pike because it's easy to use, and our consultants love it. They can utilize it for various activities, enhancing their daily operations. It consolidates everything we need into one tool, solving the problem of needing multiple systems. It also looks good with a great design. The support has been super good, and the implementation was very easy. I enjoy the tracking, resource management, project management, task management, and budget management features. These features are easy and great to use; they give us real-time insights, helping us address issues proactively. Pike saves us time and offers better insights into our profitabilities and time usage, allowing us to spend time more effectively and do more work. The platform is great overall.

**What do you dislike about Pike?**

I mean, since we're part of Deloitte, which has a lot of systems, then, of course, we still have to use a few other systems to accommodate for the Deloitte, let's say, compliance. But, again, without Pike, we would be lost. So there's nothing really like, I love everything about it, but it's just you know, part of a bigger toolset that we need to use because it's imposed by Deloitte.

**What problems is Pike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pike consolidates multiple tools into one, allowing us to track work, manage resources, and oversee projects seamlessly. It saves time, provides real-time insights into profitability and time usage, and simplifies integrating with our global ERP.

**What do you like best about Pike?**

I spent over 2 weeks trying out different PM tools before finding Adjera - even though I was a very early user it fit all my criteria I was looking for. The data model associates customers, financials and projects all in one place - something that is missing from pretty much every other platform.

I also have to give 10/10 for customer support - they were super open to user feedback and built a ton of stuff I had requested. Very user-focused and appreciate it a lot!

**What do you dislike about Pike?**

Nothing really - as an early user there were features still on the roadmap which is expected, but they are really solving the right things. I had to move back to ClickUp unfortunately but only because of work requirements I had at the time

**What problems is Pike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a solo consultant working with many companies, I have been trying to eliminate admin and tool switching and actually have full visibility of what I'm doing, what work I have in the pipeline, and have a better insight into financials. You can kind of build this in scrappy ways with other tools, but they are building these record objects and associations, with financial integrations all in one platform. This is super valuable

**What do you like best about Pike?**

It looks great and it's easy to use, whilst having all critical features such as visual project management, time tracking, resource planning, customer management and invoicing. <br><br>It's easy to integrate and scale with. <br><br>And the support is amazing. Great and agile team that really wants to help and listen to your feedback.

**What do you dislike about Pike?**

Some downsides could be argued to be their maturity stage. There are some integrations lacking.

**What problems is Pike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adjera is solving the complexity consulting firms face when scaling operations and keeping everything afloat, by centralising all critical aspects of ones workflow in one place, whilst keeping it simple. It's saving our firm a lot of admin time as well as making our users happier in their everyday as they get to use a great tool, increasing the accuracy in data entered and overall data we can extract from it.

**What do you like best about Pike?**

It's stunning. Design wise it's the most appealing app I have used for tasks management. 

But overall the best is that it's super fast and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Pike?**

It's super early still for Adjera, but it's very promising the way it's developing. So the lack of some features are still a bit annoying.

**What problems is Pike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping keep track of tasks, progress, project overview and progress. Who works on what,
