# Which enterprise machine translation tools integrate into an existing SaaS product so translated content is served without sending every string to a manual translator?

I'm researching how SaaS companies are building MT directly into their product delivery layer, rather than treating translation as a separate editorial workflow. Sending every new piece of text to a human translator before each release just isn't practical. I'm looking at what's in the machine translation space that actually handles this integration layer well, and I'd welcome input from engineers or product managers who've built this in production. Five tools came up consistently:

Localize installs via a single JavaScript snippet, auto-detects new strings, and serves translations from a CDN. The non-technical dashboard lets editors manage overrides without developer involvement.

Language IO integrates with Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow to translate chat, email, and help content in real time. Reviewers say it lets English-only support agents handle customers across dozens of languages.

Localazy is built around a developer-first model with CLI, CI/CD integrations, and OTA delivery via CDN so translated strings go live without an app rebuild. Reviewers note setup typically takes under 30 minutes.

Phrase provides API access, 50+ integrations including Figma, GitHub, and Contentful, and handles JSON and code strings natively. It manages the full localization workflow from content ingestion to delivery.

Unbabel integrates into Zendesk, Salesforce, and other CRM and chat platforms for customer support translation. Its AI-plus-human model adds an editor review step, which reviewers in higher-stakes contexts say improves quality.

If you've integrated MT into a SaaS product, what was the biggest integration pain point and how did you solve it?

<p>What I'd want to dig into more is what happens when a raw MT string ships wrong. Localazy and Localize are built to push straight to production without anyone in the loop, which is great for speed, but Language IO and Unbabel both build a review step back in for exactly that reason. Has anyone running the fully automated setup actually hit a bad translation that made it to customers before someone caught it, and if so, did you end up adding some kind of review gate back in, or just accept that as the cost of shipping fast?</p>
