"Paychex Flex Super Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Paychex?

Now I can fix some problems myself in the flex app. dont use any of the other services Paychex offers cuz we are small company but I am sure they have added a bunch of stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Accurate Payroll That Makes My Job Easier"

What do you like best about Paychex?

That it made my job easier working payroll for my company, it still does now that I moved to HR, but everything is just great, a great experience because they do my job secure, effective and accurate. What do you like best about Paychex?

I like having one place to go for all the information that I need, especially for tax season or understanding benefit packages. It's helpful not just for me, but for other users too, to have everything done in one place. The initial setup was smooth and simple, making it easy to get started. "Trustworthy Capabilities, but Support and Rising Costs Fell Short"

What do you like best about Paychex?

Paychex had the capabilities to handle everything we needed. Overall, the name feels trustworthy and reputable, and our staff didn’t have any complaints when we used them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found customer service was my main complaint. I was not able to get the level of support I needed as a small business. Our pricing also continued to increase, and I didn't feel that the value we got out of it was any better than what I could find elsewhere, with better customer service. "Gets the job done"

What do you like best about Paychex?

I can do the payroll at my leisure after work at home or where ever I am. Great customer service too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paychex?

If there is a problem after I started to do a pay roll, I have had to contact Paychex to resolve it. I can't fix it myself, but their customer service is top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paychex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of doing payroll, on my time. I can get most HR questions resolved on the site as well. I like some of the reports I have received to help me figure out the PPP loan application. We had issues with it not processing in the right time frame but the customer service representative corrected that and also gave us a three month credit on our payroll processing, great customer service.
