What do you like best about Paychex?

They have been rock solid with Payroll WIth Paychex Flex. It super easy to run payroll! I've been with them for quite a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely expensive, bloated website"

What do you like best about Paychex?

The best aspect of my experience with Paychex was my account manager, whom I could email for personalized, tailored support. Other than that I have nothing good to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paychex?

Extremely expensive; more than double the cost of other payroll service because they billed every pay period instead of every month. Outdated, bloated website where it was impossible to ever find what I needed, despite having zillions of options. The 401(k) management was the worst aspect; most difficult to deal with and hardest to switch. Paychex was expensive, not pleasant to use, and onerous to leave. I have used a total of 6 payroll providers in my career and to me, Paychex was the worst. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
