Whenever I encounter an issue, their support team is always ready to assist. EDI works well for us since moving to Orderful. Also I found working with the Orderful team and the fact that they work with us to keep costs down was a great motivator to stay with them. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** The cost increase of Orderful was difficult to swallow. The new licensing is confusing and not easily referenced in the application. The application shows relationships based on partner account AND document type. It would be nice to have a screen that shows the number of partner accounts only so that it becomes easy to budget future billing. Training issue on my account? **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really solving any business problems. Due to the volume of customers we support and the volume of orders, EDI is essential. I consider Orderful to be a vital utility. ### 9. After the initial configuration is complet, EDI set up basically becomes "plug and play." However, as much I like using the tool, one of the best things about our experience, has the been the support from the Orderful team! Everyone has been so knowledgable and helpful. At some points, the team has gone well over and beyond to resolve an issue! **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** One issue I have with Orderful is that it only supports EDI. We have mix of EDI and API integrations and it would be great if Orderful provided a solution for both scenarios. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** After the initial set up, adding additional customers into the system takes significantly less time! Because of the market share Orderful has in this space, several of our customers were already partnered with Orderful making the whole process even easier. ### 11. The support process is easy and the reps are quite knowledgable. Beyond the support team, teh organization responds well to inquiries and suggestions. It is quite a relief and time saver, outsourcing connections (AS2, sFTP ... ) to another capable entity. Using Orderful is very simple and reference documents are quite easy to find. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** Orderful replaces an integration platform but it does not offer an easily accesible EDI reference guide. Therefore, with Orderful, one still needs to find another source for EDI reference. Downloading specs/guidelines is not straightforward, making it hard to share with potential stakeholders, delaying implementations. Finally, rules are shared between test and prod layers, adding a layer of difficulty in testing. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful is great at standardizing implementations making implementations simpler. Orderful helps me onboard new carriers and customers at fast rate. Helps connect me to carriers and customers, eliminating the need for me deal with the different communication protocols. Without my interference, Orderful validates customer/carrier data and gives them feedback. ### 12. I think the dashboards can use some tinkering to better understand volumes on a day by day basis or even by days of the week versus monthly. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** This is likely a more individual issue than true gripe, but the inability to have multiple environments open in a single browser. i.e. for Mastery, if I am looking to review both Molo and Loadsmith at same time, when I select Loadsmith in one tab, it also changes the other tab im in. One more nice add would be to see breakdowns of volume by trading partner and ability to filter by trading partner. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful is providing an ability to create custom logic for our clients trading partners, add trading partners with ease and also ability to resend any transactions that may have failed to reach our environment. ### 13. I wish the APIs were more powerful. We would like to not have to go to the Orderful site as much to try and locate information. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful allows us to integrate with our partners that haven't moved to the future (or present) and implemented APIs.
