The system has been up 100% of the time in the 3 years we have been using it. The cost is also reasonable. Generally we have no complaints about the product **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to get our orders in and out of our ERP effectively and in a cost-effective manner. We have needed assistance multiple times and, each time, they have always been "at the ready" to jump in, assist, and help our technical team solve any problems. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** When attempting to integrate for the first time, the process is very slow and took our developers a long time to finish. Additionally, when new customers need to be integrated to the platform, it takes some additional time. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful helps us integrate EDI customers faster than using our own integration platform and processes. They have thousands of existing customers that we can integrate with quickly. ### 3. To be able to remove IT from EDI support and the troubleshooting process is a game changer. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** We've been a customer of Orderful since 2018. Some of the transitions as Orderful grew have been painful. However, it does seem that those major shifts are behind us. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we engaged Orderful, the EDI transmission logic and the business logic were combined and managed by our previous service provider. This created a lot of complexity and made our EDI flows more problematic. Also, our last service provider was not very responsive. If we needed to add a document to a trading partner, troubleshoot a transmission error, or onboard a new trading partner, the turnaround time was unacceptably long. At times, this impacted accounts receiving and cash flow. Orderful puts us in the driver's seat, allows us to share the support load across multiple teams and they are very responsive when we need their help. ### 4. This saves us a lot of time so we can focus on our core product and delighting customers. The best part about Orderful is having a dedicated account manager who is a true expert in EDI. This plays a key role in our ability to onboard new customers quickly without any issues. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** I don't dislike anything about Orderful. I dislike EDI and the challenges that it poses with getting new customers onboarded. When dealing with another customer, there's always a lot of back and forth. Customers generally require 4-6 weeks for an integration. However, that's not an Orderful issue, it's more so a challenge with EDI. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful is expediting the EDI process for us as the customer and Shelf's customers. This makes integrations a lot of quicker. Normally it takes 4-6 weeks for a customer to complete a trade request. It'll be easy to set it up on a new ERP system if were to ever change. The cost is great compared to the other EDI systems out there. They just charge for the connections and not by kilocharacter, which saves us a lot of money per year. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** I do wish they had some of the other features that other EDI systems have such as the ability to create ASN labels. We did also have to have a contractor create a program to go in between Orderful and our ERP system. It would be nice if there were was a better integration there. If Orderful had more full features, we wouldn't need this third-party app in between. **Recommendations to others considering Orderful EDI:** There are other EDI systems that can directly integrate with your ERP system, but Orderful is far more flexible and will be easier to move if you ever change your ERP **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our costs our down for EDI because of Orderful.
