- Very comprehensive and powerful tool
- Massive development of the platform over the years, reflecting voice of the customers
- We appreciate the direct contact with Optimizely and opportunity to shape the product with our feedback - we are listened to (good example are Task Templates)
- Ability to seamlessly connect with the whole Optimizely One marketing OS is very also very appealing, even though we use only CMP and don´t plan to change other platforms
- Once you get through the training, it´s easy to use and very powerful, providing also great insights for the company
- One of the main game changers for our adoption have been the Workflows, powering up the collaboration on the common communications activities (social posts, webpages...) - our campaign managers use CMP on daily basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Given it´s complexity, it take quite some time and effort to onboard new colleagues and seeing a reasonable adoption of the tool
- I find it quite expensive if a company needs a lot of licenses, even though we have a discounted price (given the history and amount of users). Majority of our users need the Creator role to be able to collaborate efficiently. Would perhaps distinguish how much the users use the platform (e.g. power users, regular users, light users)
- Clicking through the campaigns, tasks and views comes with a loading time which is a bit annoying (in particular to load a view in Plan module with the Hierarchy ON every time you change filters) - so one needs to rather open links in a new tab than clicking back and forth and waiting until it loads.
