
I like using OnePageCRM as it serves as our central contact directory for clients and helps us monitor sales efforts and plan meaningful follow-ups. The user-friendly interface is accessible for my entire team, no matter their tech ability, allowing them to manage their own leads effectively. I appreciate the ability to track detailed interactions, which helps us prevent overlapping communications when multiple divisions are involved. The interface also aids in deciding whether a phone call, an email, or no follow-up is appropriate. I value the ease of following the activity stream and the ability for multiple people to schedule different follow-ups. The integration process is smooth, making all our software tools feel cohesive rather than separate. Setting up OnePageCRM was incredibly easy, thanks to the excellent import wizard. This is more of a nice to have rather than a need to have, but it would be nice if OnePageCRM could connect with Adobe Sign in order to help us manage our agreements or I wish there was a more robust functionality that would allow us to bill and invoice from within OnePageCRM with the same level of flexibility with our current invoices.
