The clarity and simplicity of the interface. It keeps me focused on the next action, which is invaluable when juggling multiple initiatives. I particularly appreciate how tasks and follow‑ups are front and center, so nothing gets lost. While the simplicity and focus are strengths, there are a few limitations that affect our workflow. The inability to create multiple pipelines without upgrading is restrictive for charities like ours, where we need to track different initiatives separately. Integration with web forms could also be smoother—automatic capture and tagging of incoming contacts would save time and reduce manual work. These areas feel like missed opportunities to make the CRM even more effective for small organizations.

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

I like using OnePageCRM as it serves as our central contact directory for clients and helps us monitor sales efforts and plan meaningful follow-ups. The user-friendly interface is accessible for my entire team, no matter their tech ability, allowing them to manage their own leads effectively. I appreciate the ability to track detailed interactions, which helps us prevent overlapping communications when multiple divisions are involved. The interface also aids in deciding whether a phone call, an email, or no follow-up is appropriate. I value the ease of following the activity stream and the ability for multiple people to schedule different follow-ups. The integration process is smooth, making all our software tools feel cohesive rather than separate. Setting up OnePageCRM was incredibly easy, thanks to the excellent import wizard.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

This is more of a nice to have rather than a need to have, but it would be nice if OnePageCRM could connect with Adobe Sign in order to help us manage our agreements or I wish there was a more robust functionality that would allow us to bill and invoice from within OnePageCRM with the same level of flexibility with our current invoices.

What I like best about OnePage CRM is that it is simple to use and clearly shows what action I need to take next, in honest opinion is moving towards a right direction although i have yet to explore whole crm

One thing I don’t like about OnePage CRM is that it has limited advanced features and integrations compared to other CRM tools

I love that OnePageCRM takes care of nonprofits by offering a free professional plan. It's great that they have a program where you can save some money and get an excellent product, which is extremely valuable for nonprofits where every penny needs to be watched. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and reengaging with it after some time was also easy. The tags feature is very useful for organizing constituents and donors.

I did it's been a while since I used it. And so having to relearn how to operate some of the upcoming assignments took a little bit of trail and error.

I use OnePageCRM to keep in touch with constituents and donors for my nonprofit. It helps organize them, and the tags are very useful.

I use OnePageCRM primarily for managing sales leads and staying on top of follow-ups. It’s my go-to tool for turning contacts into clear, actionable next steps. One of the things I like most about OnePageCRM is the Next Action workflow—every contact has a clearly defined next step, which helps me focus on what I need to do next with each prospect. The interface is clean and intuitive, making the tool easy to learn and use. I also love the simple, visual sales pipeline for tracking leads and deals, and how it doesn't feel overwhelming. The mobile app is solid, allowing me to update notes and complete actions while on the go. It integrates well with email, so I'm able to take action directly from the CRM without switching apps. The Today list keeps me focused on daily sales activities, which is great for maintaining momentum in long sales cycles. Additionally, OnePageCRM doesn't try to do everything at once, so it feels fast and responsive.

One area that stands out for me is reporting and analytics. Another area is automation. OnePageCRM is intentionally simple, which I appreciate, but that also means fewer built-in automation options. For example, more native workflows or conditional automations (beyond integrations) could help reduce manual work, especially for teams with higher volumes of leads. Also, the email marketing features are minimal – it's great for one-to-one sales emails, but not ideal if you want to run campaigns or sequences without external tools. I've used most of the major CRMs and they take weeks if not longer to set up. As a small organization, I needed something fast! OnePage meet that mark. Even now, that I've considered other products there are still features that I love about this product. The fact that I can easy collaborate with my teammates and see the open rates of our shared contacts. The support team has been amazing. I love the built in reminder features. The other feature that stands out is the lead capture, I love the browser add on.

I wish the automated workflows were a bit more robust. However, the product team has been receptive to ideas.

We needed an easy way to build a database of our supporters that integrates with our mailing service. OnePageCRM fit that perfectly.

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

As a not for profit employment service for jobseekers with disabilities, our CRM needs were a bit different to those of a typical sales team. We have a wide range of stakeholders and needed to categorise them, as well as track our communications and jobs in progress. Since implementation OnePage CRM has increased the productivity within our organisation.  We're a small team and it allows us to share information much quicker, it's our central database of all of our contacts, it allows us to track all of the jobs we currently have in progress. It has improved efficiency overall and has become an integral part of how we do our work. Generally we find the system easy to use, and we have manged to configure it to suit our requirements. Using OnePage is now part of our daily work.  During the initial integration into our organisation, the OnePage team were on hand to provide assistance when needed. As a user for over ten years I would highly recommend it to others.

I honestly couldn't find anything to dislike

Prior to integrating OnePage CRM into our work process we were using Excel sheets to store contact information, sheets of paper and manual files to document communication and interactions with jobseekers, and bulletin boards to share information on vacant positions. All of this has been merged into OnePage CRM

I am a co-founder of an Irish start up. OnePage CRM fits my needs perfectly. It is simple, fast, clear and effective. It is easy to use and good value for money. It reminds me of the tasks I need to do and enables me to build up an action driven database of my prospects.

Nothing at all. I cannot fault it, for me it meets all my needs.

Keeping track of potential customers is a challenge when you are a start up founder. Sales fixes everything and OnePage helps me do that. I can pop in a prospect whether I find them at events, on LinkedIn, via research,. The databases of active, relevant prospects are easy to build up without needs  anyone to manage the resource.

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

OnePageCRM fits my principle perfectly: maximum simplicity. I have a customer-centric sales department, which means that contacts, to-do lists, and memos are the most important things. For me, OnePageCRM is the only solution so far that supports my work processes exactly. Nothing is missing, no steps are unnecessary. It's spot on.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

There is really nothing I don't like. However, I would like to see a connection or integration between OnePageCRM and PLAUD. For me, that would be the biggest thing, as I record all conversations (telephone and video calls and face-to-face) with PLAUD. If there were a direct link here, similar to LinkedIn, that would be the absolute highlight for me.

OnePageCRM enables me to efficiently and productively promote my sales in a simple manner, even while travelling by car. I have not yet been able to achieve this so perfectly with any other tool.

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

We find one page so easy to use. It links to our calendar booking through zapier and email system through built in integrations provided by OnePage. That makes it so easy for us to see in real time as people sign up for our roundtables and training and what correspondance is happening.  Also as a Non-profit we often see a lower level of customer support from other service providers. This is not the case with OnePage CRM.  We provide our service to 400 schools and tens of thousands of students across Ireland.  Without OnePage I'm not sure how we would manage that.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

The only thing I can think of is the import and export function doesn't always like Irish names with fadas etc.  As we deal with schools we have a lot of teachers using the Irish version of their name.  But this I suspect is more a fault of international Tech standards than onepage themselves.  We see other systems (Calendly etc) do exactly the same thing.

We have so many active users especially in schools.  OnePageCRM allows us to keep track of them.

OnePageCRM keeps all our participant and referrer details safely in one place, reminds me when to follow up, and helps us stay compliant with data protection. I love how it focuses me on the next action — whether that’s updating a referrer, thanking a donor, or booking in a session. As a small charity, this level of clarity and organisation makes a huge difference.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. There are still areas of charity management that feel overwhelming, but OnePageCRM makes the CRM side of things so much easier. If anything, I’d love more nonprofit-specific templates, but the core system works brilliantly.

OnePageCRM solves the problem of keeping track of multiple referrals, participants, and donor relationships in a clear, GDPR-compliant way. It ensures I never miss a follow-up, which strengthens our relationships with referrers and supporters. For a small charity with limited admin capacity, it saves me valuable time, reduces stress, and helps us stay professional and responsive.

It is (understandably) very focused on sales and deals. I wish there was a "non profit mode", which would substitute sales for things like donations, and particularly have this sort of thing appear on the dashboard.

I love the simplicity of use, and that it has everything I was looking for in a very economical and straightforward package.  We were able to go live within a week, and our questions to customer support were answered quickly and gave us really helpful ideas to make the system work better for our needs. The mobile app is especially easy to use; the outside sales team adopted it quickly and uses it every day.

Some of the auto-generated reporting could be more detailed, but it's a minor complaint on a fantastic product.

I was looking for a CRM that didn't want to replace my ERP system. OnePageCRM handles light campaign emails, reminders for action items, tracking of meetings and two-way email correspondence. It also will track sales and delivery pipelines, so we can track open quote status and follow set processes for converting a lead to a customer. The system will auto-generate and email reports showing the number of actions, emails, and meetings initiated and completed for each salesperson, which helps us to reduce manual reporting and keep everything in one place.

Having used many CRMs over the years, OnePageCRM is the one system that enables you to get on with what you want it to do, rather than having to fill in loads of fields just before you can add a record.

The "next action" feature is really useful, and helps drive the "next action", reducing the risk of losing momentum on a lead.

As a manager, the Action Stream lets me easily get an overview of an employee's performance and status without having to get them to write length reports and fill in spreadsheets on progress.

I cannot think of another CRM that matches OnePageCRM in the sense of being both so quick and easy to use, but also retains the features needed to make it a powerful and comprehensive piece of software.

Very rare for me to say this, but there's nothing about the software that causes me any friction or frustration, and has all the features I need.

As a remote team, it can be difficult to always be on the same page regarding outreach, contact management, and partnership development. OnePageCRM has allowed us to create a master list of all of our contacts - those who have been reached out to, those who have received training, and those with an established partnership, and as a team we are able to communicate via contact profiles to update each other on the status of a partnership.

Just the learning curve! It took our team some time to understand how to properly utilize the platform, but once we did, it has been game-changing!

Employability West Cork are delighted to write in support of OnePage CRM as they have supported us so greatly over the last few years. We are a Supported Employment Service, a charity that advocates and works for inclusion and diversity in the workplace. As a charity, our funds are limited so to have the support of OnePage CRM, with their product that works 'straight out of the box', has meant we have been able to organise and expedite our work without an enormous initial cost to tailor a software to our specific needs. It has allows us to:
- create a Pipeline of jobs that we can share across the team, demonstrating and sharing actions and progress with colleagues
- show relationships between employers and clients, storing all communications either through a flawless sync system or through easily added notes, including dictation from our phones
- share responsibilities across a geographically remote team by assigning actions, and seeing completions
- automating workflows, for example, sending emails with customer satisfaction emails
- marketing much more effectively through bulk emails that be used to personalise communication of excellent candidates across multiple employers in a given sector or area

I could go on and I would be happy to share our experience with anyone thinking about switching or beginning to use a CRM (you definitely should). Thank you to OnePage CRM, who also have just about the best Support Service of anyone I have worked with.

OnePageCRM is super simple to setup and is intuitive. Support is responsive and knowledgeable. OnePage CRM's documentation is great, too. I love the generous Power of Action Progrma for Nonprofits and having 5 seats for our small team. I have been able to easily import information and the product is extensible working smoothly with our google accounts. Above all, there was no need to spend hours onboarding. There are other products that address different facets for nonprofits. However, our scope was to specificially build community relationships with the product and provide continuity with internal personnel changes.

At this time, relationships can not be imported. In the future, this might be supported.

Thanks to OnePage CRM for making client management manageable! We are a very small business of 3 people and previously we used spreadsheets to keep track of our clients which, obviously, wasn't optimal. OnePage CRM has lifted most of that digital work from us and placed us all on the same page. We can check in at any time with each other to see what we are all doing and ensure each client gets the right support. Furthermore as a person new to sales, it has made acquiring the necessary skills significantly faster. I find CRM intuitive, full of good advice, serves up relevant workshops and the system support has been personalised and on-point. We are honestly really happy and work though our weekly meetings using CRM to prioritise our work."

OnePageCRM offers us the flexibility to track information across the work of our non-profit organisation

I haven't found anything yet that is unhelpful or not useful

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a wide range of links but never before have we been able to gather them into one place and track our progress in building these networks

**What do you like best about OnePageCRM?**

working alone I was looking for an adapted CRM to very small teams (1 to 2)  and therefore something very simple to use and without useless options.

**What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?**

There is just one model of use for the pipeline : the evolution of a sales cycle from qualification to closing, but when you want to follow up a sequence of prospection like for example : email N°1 then 4 days later a call then 7 days later a second email etc ... something is missing with this CRM.

**What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easy follow up of actions for each contact
