What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employability West Cork are delighted to write in support of OnePage CRM as they have supported us so greatly over the last few years. We are a Supported Employment Service, a charity that advocates and works for inclusion and diversity in the workplace. As a charity, our funds are limited so to have the support of OnePage CRM, with their product that works 'straight out of the box', has meant we have been able to organise and expedite our work without an enormous initial cost to tailor a software to our specific needs. It has allows us to:
- create a Pipeline of jobs that we can share across the team, demonstrating and sharing actions and progress with colleagues
- show relationships between employers and clients, storing all communications either through a flawless sync system or through easily added notes, including dictation from our phones
- share responsibilities across a geographically remote team by assigning actions, and seeing completions
- automating workflows, for example, sending emails with customer satisfaction emails
- marketing much more effectively through bulk emails that be used to personalise communication of excellent candidates across multiple employers in a given sector or area
