OnePageCRM has a great program for non-profits called the Power of Action program. We have found their tool to be useful for managing our relationships and communications with donors and volunteers. We appreciate the ease of use and the ability to streamline communications and have visibility and insights into those communications. The email template builder has been terrific along with the bulk email option.

I love the simple and intuitive interface design of OnePageCRM. The layout is clean and orderly, with the entire interface organized around the sales process. The sales pipeline clearly displays each stage from potential leads to deals. Each stage is represented by a simple column, and customer cards flow orderly between columns, giving me a clear overview of the sales progress. The core feature is task management, with tasks prominently displayed on the interface. Each customer is associated with a clearly defined next step task, described in simple text, with a set reminder time. This direct display method allows me to focus on current key tasks, avoiding the omission of important matters, and tasks are sorted by urgency and importance, making work more organized.
