**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

The GreenZone scoring system is by far my favorite part of the system.  When we review our drivers based on their scores we can always find something postitve to use as the foundation of our coaching.  Our drivers have been very responsive to the gamification efforts the scoring system lends itself to.  It doesn’t just detect problems or unsafe acts, Netradyne recognizes and rewards good driving behaviors too. That balance builds trust and helps drivers buy in.   The features are exactly what we need to manage driver behavior/safety performance.  The impact on our fleet has been overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

I wish customer service was more proactive and that my invoices would be more detailed and accurate.

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netradyne gives me visibility of our drivers actions on the road, both good and bad.  It documents crashes, but it helps our fleet tremendously to have a platform perfectly suited to providing positive recognition and feedback too.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

We’ve been using Netradyne’s Driver•i system at Titus Transport for a while now, and the impact on our safety culture is clear. As a Regional Safety Manager, I’ve seen how the system’s real-time video, AI-powered scoring, and detailed event data have helped shift driver behavior and improve accountability across the fleet.

This technology has helped us move beyond traditional reactive safety methods. Drivers are more aware of their performance, and our team is equipped to recognize and reinforce safe habits with objective, data-driven insights. The clarity of the footage and the intuitive dashboard make incident reviews and training more efficient, and the reliability of the system has made it a key part of our safety strategy.

Netradyne has truly helped us build a stronger, more proactive safety culture—and I’d recommend it to any fleet serious about reducing risk and improving performance.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

While Netradyne offers strong tools for driver performance monitoring, the device investigation process can be frustrating. When a camera issue arises—such as the device not powering on—the support workflow tends to be slow and overly step-by-step. Even after clearly describing the issue, you're often asked to provide visual proof, like a photo showing the camera is off or a video of the lights turning on. This back-and-forth can delay resolution and adds unnecessary burden to the troubleshooting process.

Improving the efficiency and flexibility of the support process would go a long way in making the overall experience more seamless for fleet managers.

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netradyne is helping us solve the challenge of maintaining consistent, high-quality driver behavior across a large fleet. With real-time video, AI-powered scoring, and clear event alerts, we’re able to identify risky behavior early, recognize safe driving, and build a stronger safety culture. It’s improved accountability, reduced incident rates, and made our coaching process more efficient and impactful.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

I like that it can pick up things that other systems can not like RED lights, rolling stops, and major distracted driving.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

Don't like the minor distracted driving. I don't believe it is realistic divers can't drink, or smoke with out getting hit with a minor distracted driving. I know it's a two second alert I think it should be three second alert for the minor distraction. these drivers live in their trucks and need to at least drink a soda, or a water without getting hit with an alert. plus, I get so many alerts for minor distracted driving I can't watch them all. The same for drowsy driving we get so many drowsy driving and most of them are faults alerts. We don't have time to look at everyone of the alerts that the one drowsy driving we need to see is going to get lost in all the faults  alerts.

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the Red lights it has really helped I believe its from the instant messaging. Because when a red light alert comes across I can send a message  in real time. It has also helped with stop signs and making drivers more a where of their surroundings.  I can defiantly see a good change in the drivers.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

I like having four views available to better break down events for cause.  The Driveri app puts the driver in charge of improvement and maintenance of their own driving habits.
The ability to pull 30 minutes of video at a time means I typically don't have to go back and get more later.  When I'm given a time for an incident I just pull 15 minutes on either side.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

Supply problems.  On our first contract we were unable to get replacements for failing units.  Last year when we were expanding the fleet, purchasing new units had a month long waiting list.  We had no idea that we would have to order additional units months in advance.  Up until about three months ago audio was still available after the camera went into privacy mode.  At one point that changed.  I will always pull video from roadside inspections, citations and crashes for review.  I've been able to successfully overturn violations based upon what the officer and driver said during the exchange.  I've asked multiple people and the answer is either "it's always been this way" or "I don't know but will find out."

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to monitor and coach drivers on risky behavior.  I'm able to use crash video to determine causes and assign appropriate training.  I can quickly pull video from complaints to determine what the issue was.  The app encourages self improvement for our drivers.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

Provide coaching to improve driving behaviors.

If you can slow your vehicles, increase following distance, and reduce distractions, your fleet will be safer.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

1. I would like to be able to track mileage by drivers or vehicles easily with a report on a monthly basis.

2. Prepackaged coaching materials to address common coaching events. For example, distractions, phone use, speeding, and not wearing a seatbelt.

3. Ability to email to a group via Netradyne. I would like to be able to send an email to all drivers in a group to make them aware of performance.

4. Ability to schedule send the Drivers score cards automatically each month to the email address in their profile.

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall fleet safety performance is the primary use and goal of the dash camera. I have also noticed a trickle-down effect for accountability. I have found that drivers know they are being tracked and held accountable, increase their awareness in other areas of their work.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

I like that Netradyne provides alerts in real time, and helps track driver statistics so that our safety team can be proactive with coaching instead of reactive.  The Netradyne platform is also very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

One struggle I have with Netradyne is not having a video library available to assign trainings to drivers when coaching events take place.  With a fleet of 400+ trucks I need to have a program that has this feature available so that I can stay on top of coaching sessions in real time versus routing drivers back to the terminal to complete trainings.  This to me is a huge gap with the Netradyne system and one that makes competitors such as Samsara seem more in line with how we would like to document/complete coaching ongoing with drivers.  This method is important because it would provide the necessary documentation needed to track these coaching sessions and make sure the appropriate follow up was done on our end.  In worst case scenarios, we can show our efforts to provide corrective action if the issue persists.

Another feature that I enjoyed was getting alerts in real time rather than at midnight of the day the driving minutes took place as this allowed me to be more proactive with coaching versus having to circle back to them.

Maintaining safe driving by allowing drivers to see the alerts they are generating and providing coaching pportunities to make our fleet safer and to address corrective action concerns.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

Track trucks and equipment. Helps investigate issues on the road. Helps drivers to drive safely and be more alert on the road. Some drivers are keen to learn more about the system and improve their driving on the road, by trying to reduce alerts and gain more driver starts. 
The ranking system on drivers applications (which shows in which place they are from the fleet) helps them gain more driver starts and compete with each other in a healthy manner.

The online help (the help button) and Driver I assistant is very useful for finding simple answers fast

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

The website gets stuck on loading sign or lags a lot (probably of the big data that it contains)
Recently arising issues with the:
* Requested videos not uploading for a few days or not uploading at all
*Missing analyzed minutes for a day or few days beforehand 
*Videos are not available for recent time period, even truck was moving (example, issue on the road appeared at 3PM CT, recent time, while the latest available footage is the same day 12:40 AM CT)

Helps investigate issues on the road and reduces bad driver behaviors on the road.

What I like most about Netradyne is its proactive approach to road safety and the AI-powered technology behind its Driveri cameras. The system provides real-time, detailed insights into driver behavior, which has helped us reduce incidents, improve driving habits, and optimize risk management. The user interface is intuitive, the reports are comprehensive, and the visual and audio alerts play a key role in continuous improvement.

While the platform is generally very solid, one area for improvement is better integration with other fleet management systems. It would also be helpful to have a more optimized mobile app for real-time tracking and field-based management. Additionally, video resolution in low-light conditions could be enhanced to ensure better visual evidence.

One of the biggest problems we faced was not having objective, real-time data to understand driver behavior or support incident investigations. With Netradyne, I now have a reliable system that provides high-quality video evidence, real-time alerts, and behavior analytics that I can use to monitor trends, support coaching, and proactively address risky patterns.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

Netradyne is a great tool for our team to maintain consistent, focused safety objectives. We have used it for coaching drivers, accident reviews and have even used it roadside to show officials real time footage. It's a tool that doesn't have to be babysat to complete it's purpose. The gamification is popular with our drivers - they enjoy seeing high scores and competing with their counterparts. Overall, we're pleased!

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

The website is very powerful, however navigating around it can be cumbersome - there's LOTS of information and in many different places. It can be a little overwhelming. When units start to malfunction or are identified as problems, chasing them down to get replaced or fixed is an issue. It would be nice if it was more streamlined and easier to use (maybe less features on the website to get lost in?). It would also be nice if there was an automated email when a device is determined to be non functional instead of having to go hunting for it.

Netradyne is giving us eyes on the road. We use it when there's an accident, driver complaint or cargo issue. It helps us immediately sort out what's going on. We also use it to identify drivers with bad habits!

The system provides overall picture of the driving habits not just the events that require coaching. The ability to share the videos directly to drivers in the app and the virtual coaching provide the drivers with the information for them to improve prior to in person contact from safety department. The driver score card allows for quick identification of drivers and habits most in need of coaching.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

That the information about drivers actions in cab aren't shown on the video's. For instance the brake and accerator applications or even if have turned on indicator lights. I don't enjoy the fact that the plates are blurred out causing need for additional steps if a motorist doesn't stop or needs to have actions reported to authorities.

Readily identifying drivers that can benefit from coaching and overall areas to focus fleet training to best drive safe and defensive habits.

Previously, managing my billing was challenging because I had several contracts, making it difficult to keep track. However, the company listened to customer feedback, and now I have been consolidated into a single contract with just one bill.

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we implemented event recorders, we struggled with maintaining proper following distance. Since then, we've been able to proactively coach our team on this issue, and as a result, we've seen a significant reduction in following distance problems.

Our only real complaint about Netradyne? It’s gotten so good at spotting risky behavior that some of our drivers swear the cameras are psychic. We’re still waiting for it to start predicting lottery numbers.

The technicians assigned (Pierre Orcel and David Eichorn) to my account are the only good part that I have experienced. They are the only reason I am still a customer.

The hardware is garbage and unreliable. Break downs constantly occurring. Always issues with the system. I've been a customer for 2.5 years and have already experienced two massive hardware failures that required more than half my fleet to require new hardware. This was a massive interruption to our organization operationally, financially and has left us exposed at times when the system is not functional. Upper management only responds when threatened.  Netradyne is not part of my long term plans for telematics in my fleet. I would never recommend your company to any of my colleagues.

We chose Netradyne for a lot of reasons.  The camera quality, the features, the self coaching it offers our drivers, and  their scoring system.  We love their "carrot over the stick" approach by providing a way to gain points.  Once we felt comfortable with it, we added it to our existing safety scorecard. 
What really stands out to me above those items is the fact that they truly care about their customers, and what their customers have to say, suggest.

The one drawback that I've seen is the hardware has not held up as well as we'd hoped.  As previously stated, they have been quick to work on remedies by swapping units as quickly as they can, and by sending engineers and installers to help isolate issues.

This data is clearly visible in the original playback, so it should be included in the download at no extra cost. Expecting companies to pay for API access and build their own system just to reattach data we already have is unnecessary and time-consuming. That information is critical not only for internal safety reviews and coaching, but also for documentation in legal situations, including court. Netradyne should make this a standard feature—it's our data and should be fully accessible.

As for the system itself, it is a great tool and provides visibility into driver performance that we have never had before.

With Netradyne being a fairly new system, our company ends up needing to pioneer features and push for our requests in order to effectively use the system. While the Netradyne team is great at making sure those requests are addressed, it usually takes time to complete those requests while we wait with our workarounds.

I love the support we get from Sara and prior to her being our CSM Patrick. The product is unique and is consistently evolving. They seem to value our input and perspective. Everyone I have interacted with cares about us and the product.

The lack of release notes about their product updates. Often times these are great things and we are not notified properly. Changes to the product that might impact our workflows are not adequately conveyed before hand.

One item that they are actively solving for me is mobile app usage reports. This enables us to generate KPIs for driver engagement. Another problem they're working on is camera tampering identification. I'm aware they released severe camera obstruction reports as a stop-gap measure to identify potential driver interference. **What do you like best about Netradyne?**

We have been using the Netradyne system for almost three years now and have not experienced any major issues with the service.  RAs are completed quickly, and we typically receive the new equipment within 3 days of requesting an RA.  We were looking at switching to a new company as our contract has ended, but could not find any system with the video quality, the analytic information, and the scoring system we liked. So we will be staying put for now. Our CS rep is usually quick to respond to needs.  Using this every day to ensure we have one of the safest fleets out there and being able to implement it to our safety program has increased our CSA score and reduced our accident rate over the last three years.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

Sometimes a little slow on question responses, but we really have not had any major issues to dislike the system.

The system's ability to distinguish yellow and red lights, stop signs and speed limit signs is what attracted me.  Our previous system did not have this capability.  We were in for a rude awakening when we realized how many red light runners we had!

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

The AI can create an enormous number of false alerts for drowsy driving.  I mean enormous. 
Retreiving video when an event was not created can be very time consuming.

Being able to be alerted about an unsafe driving behavior in almost real time is extremely beneficial.  We also now have our own truck driving school, and this allows us to keep a close watch on our new rookie drivers.

From the servicing side of the spectrum, the cameras are easy to install. My direct customer support rep Kai Jandoc is fantastic with quick replies to specific questions and issues.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

General customer support from the basic team can be lacking at times. On multiple occasions emails asking the same questions again and again that have already been answered, lead me to having to get Kai involved to get them resolved. 

Also issues with cameras having to be replaced multiple times for IR LED issues or communication issues can be frustrating.

The online portal aswell can be confusing and frustrating at the best of times when trying to identify problem units.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

NetraDyne has been a crucial part of our success in improving Driver Safety and reducing our losses. The driver score card reveals areas of needed improvement, and the quality video has helped to exonerate our drivers involved in a crash

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

The biggest downside for us is the driver ID limitations. Driver I.D.'s are no customer specific which required us to alter some drivers I.d.'s within our Transportation Management System

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

Customer service and the use of cutting-edge AI technology to address one of the biggest financial challenges facing transportation companies, the general public and the insurance industry today. The willingness to do a 90 day pilot free of charge. The cameras' ability to work with almost any telematics vendor's platform.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

The hard sell approach by some of the salespeople; turn off for me since I am bringing one of my customers to the table as a referral. We need to listen to the customer's needs and challenges and predicate our responses to solve them and not feel like we have to rush through the canned hard sell approach. The sales team could take alot of pointers from the way Bobbi delivers the demo.

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide a product that uses as much positive re-enforcement as negative "gotcha" to help change driving behaviors and it takes a lot of the administrative burden from fleet managers and supervisors when it comes to initial counseling, MIS reporting, etc.

Scoring system that Mostly self regulates, This feedback is a great way for the Drivers to learn and develop better driving habits.

Some moderate videos being fairly serious going unnoticed for until scores are too low.

Netradyne has helped point out specific habits that are consistent with aggressive/poor driving that is plaguing the industry. The ability to recognize these dangerous habits and correct. Will ultimately create a safer driving environment additionally lowering risk.

**What do you like best about Netradyne?**

Machine Learning based AI Image recognition technologies that enables automated alerts and video captures that are very helpful in both safety training and proving to insurance the proper responsibly party during an accident. It is fairly easy to install and implement. Customer support responses are prompt and usually resolve the issues reported.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

It would be great if the driver facing camera can only be focusing on the driver and avoid capture passengers in the vehicle as our clients does not wish to be captured by dashcam recordings and we have to turn off inward facing cameras.

Data that can be organized via reports.  Navigation of the platform is easy.  Customer support is great.

100% better system from our previous provider.

The AI clips only the handful of seconds that matter, there's no avalanche of false alarms like competitors. Real screw-ups get fixed and the rest of the drive stays private. Video quality is arguably best in class. Driver score is unique. The company is not a bunch of sales vultures like Samsara.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

it tattles on yawning and cigarette drags , the UI could use a refresh, and rural cell dead zones delay uploads.

Netradyne delivers on most fronts, and is worth exploring against lytx or samsara.

We sell Netradyne because it turns our customers’ biggest headaches into a smooth experience with little  micro-management required.

Issues tend to repeat themselves, however I do understand its AI and it takes time for the technology to get more accurate.

Alerts we receive are not reaching the personal that it should.  Repeat alerts that are not what the alert describe occurring however the Netradayne team is doing what they can to try to resolve the issues.

continued improvement in the scoring system. The incab alerts really work. i use them on about 20% of the trucks and only use what is needed when it is needed.

the mounts that hold him to the windshield cameras are falling too much.

I'm able to coach drivers with the incab coaching and a majority of the time the problem resolves just from that.

The Driveri app allows my drivers to see exactly what there driving behaviors are and the AI coaching tool provides consistent feedback to drivers.  We have used the drivers Green Score as a baseline for expected performance and incentivize drivers to achieve better than average scores.

Integration from our other platforms with truck and driver data to be updated is a bit if a task.

The tech is best-in-class with an easy-to-understand UI. Love the proactive risk management and positive driver reinforcement which is a differentiator among other TSP's.

**What do you dislike about Netradyne?**

The cost is often a barrier to entry, especially with installation required. There is also a lack of marketing/events that are needed to better showcase and highlight the differentiated features. This makes it harder for me to "sell" to my customers as compared to Samsara or Motive. I think the team could benefit from having an insurance professional on board...

**What problems is Netradyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the complex problem of proactive risk management with a forward-looking approach to better leverage tech to prevent losses and gain operational efficiencies. Focusing on the incentive, carrot approach verses the stick.
