What do you like best about Netradyne?

The GreenZone scoring system is by far my favorite part of the system. When we review our drivers based on their scores we can always find something postitve to use as the foundation of our coaching. Our drivers have been very responsive to the gamification efforts the scoring system lends itself to. It doesn’t just detect problems or unsafe acts, Netradyne recognizes and rewards good driving behaviors too. That balance builds trust and helps drivers buy in. What do you dislike about Netradyne?

What do you like best about Netradyne?

We’ve been using Netradyne’s Driver•i system at Titus Transport for a while now, and the impact on our safety culture is clear. As a Regional Safety Manager, I’ve seen how the system’s real-time video, AI-powered scoring, and detailed event data have helped shift driver behavior and improve accountability across the fleet.

This technology has helped us move beyond traditional reactive safety methods. Drivers are more aware of their performance, and our team is equipped to recognize and reinforce safe habits with objective, data-driven insights. The clarity of the footage and the intuitive dashboard make incident reviews and training more efficient, and the reliability of the system has made it a key part of our safety strategy.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

While Netradyne offers strong tools for driver performance monitoring, the device investigation process can be frustrating. When a camera issue arises—such as the device not powering on—the support workflow tends to be slow and overly step-by-step. Even after clearly describing the issue, you're often asked to provide visual proof, like a photo showing the camera is off or a video of the lights turning on. This back-and-forth can delay resolution and adds unnecessary burden to the troubleshooting process.

What do you like best about Netradyne?

I like that it can pick up things that other systems can not like RED lights, rolling stops, and major distracted driving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

Don't like the minor distracted driving. I don't believe it is realistic divers can't drink, or smoke with out getting hit with a minor distracted driving. I know it's a two second alert I think it should be three second alert for the minor distraction. these drivers live in their trucks and need to at least drink a soda, or a water without getting hit with an alert. plus, I get so many alerts for minor distracted driving I can't watch them all. The same for drowsy driving we get so many drowsy driving and most of them are faults alerts. We don't have time to look at everyone of the alerts that the one drowsy driving we need to see is going to get lost in all the faults alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netradyne?

I like having four views available to better break down events for cause. The Driveri app puts the driver in charge of improvement and maintenance of their own driving habits.

The ability to pull 30 minutes of video at a time means I typically don't have to go back and get more later. When I'm given a time for an incident I just pull 15 minutes on either side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

Supply problems. On our first contract we were unable to get replacements for failing units. Last year when we were expanding the fleet, purchasing new units had a month long waiting list. We had no idea that we would have to order additional units months in advance. Up until about three months ago audio was still available after the camera went into privacy mode. At one point that changed. I will always pull video from roadside inspections, citations and crashes for review. I've been able to successfully overturn violations based upon what the officer and driver said during the exchange. I've asked multiple people and the answer is either "it's always been this way" or "I don't know but will find out." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netradyne?

Provide coaching to improve driving behaviors.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

1. I would like to be able to track mileage by drivers or vehicles easily with a report on a monthly basis.

2. Prepackaged coaching materials to address common coaching events. For example, distractions, phone use, speeding, and not wearing a seatbelt.

3. Ability to email to a group via Netradyne. I would like to be able to send an email to all drivers in a group to make them aware of performance.

What do you like best about Netradyne?

I like that Netradyne provides alerts in real time, and helps track driver statistics so that our safety team can be proactive with coaching instead of reactive. The Netradyne platform is also very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

One struggle I have with Netradyne is not having a video library available to assign trainings to drivers when coaching events take place. With a fleet of 400+ trucks I need to have a program that has this feature available so that I can stay on top of coaching sessions in real time versus routing drivers back to the terminal to complete trainings. This to me is a huge gap with the Netradyne system and one that makes competitors such as Samsara seem more in line with how we would like to document/complete coaching ongoing with drivers. This method is important because it would provide the necessary documentation needed to track these coaching sessions and make sure the appropriate follow up was done on our end. In worst case scenarios, we can show our efforts to provide corrective action if the issue persists.

Another feature that I enjoyed was getting alerts in real time rather than at midnight of the day the driving minutes took place as this allowed me to be more proactive with coaching versus having to circle back to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netradyne?

Track trucks and equipment. Helps investigate issues on the road. Helps drivers to drive safely and be more alert on the road. Some drivers are keen to learn more about the system and improve their driving on the road, by trying to reduce alerts and gain more driver starts.

The ranking system on drivers applications (which shows in which place they are from the fleet) helps them gain more driver starts and compete with each other in a healthy manner.

The online help (the help button) and Driver I assistant is very useful for finding simple answers fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

The website gets stuck on loading sign or lags a lot (probably of the big data that it contains)

Recently arising issues with the:

* Requested videos not uploading for a few days or not uploading at all

*Missing analyzed minutes for a day or few days beforehand

*Videos are not available for recent time period, even truck was moving (example, issue on the road appeared at 3PM CT, recent time, while the latest available footage is the same day 12:40 AM CT) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Netradyne is its proactive approach to road safety and the AI-powered technology behind its Driveri cameras. What do you like best about Netradyne?

Netradyne is a great tool for our team to maintain consistent, focused safety objectives. We have used it for coaching drivers, accident reviews and have even used it roadside to show officials real time footage. It's a tool that doesn't have to be babysat to complete it's purpose. What do you dislike about Netradyne?

The website is very powerful, however navigating around it can be cumbersome - there's LOTS of information and in many different places. It can be a little overwhelming. When units start to malfunction or are identified as problems, chasing them down to get replaced or fixed is an issue. It would be nice if it was more streamlined and easier to use (maybe less features on the website to get lost in?). It would also be nice if there was an automated email when a device is determined to be non functional instead of having to go hunting for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netradyne?

The system provides overall picture of the driving habits not just the events that require coaching. The ability to share the videos directly to drivers in the app and the virtual coaching provide the drivers with the information for them to improve prior to in person contact from safety department. What do you dislike about Netradyne?

That the information about drivers actions in cab aren't shown on the video's. For instance the brake and accerator applications or even if have turned on indicator lights. I don't enjoy the fact that the plates are blurred out causing need for additional steps if a motorist doesn't stop or needs to have actions reported to authorities.
