What do you like best about Netradyne?

The technicians assigned (Pierre Orcel and David Eichorn) to my account are the only good part that I have experienced. They are the only reason I am still a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

The hardware is garbage and unreliable. Break downs constantly occurring. Always issues with the system. I've been a customer for 2.5 years and have already experienced two massive hardware failures that required more than half my fleet to require new hardware. This was a massive interruption to our organization operationally, financially and has left us exposed at times when the system is not functional. Upper management only responds when threatened. Netradyne is not part of my long term plans for telematics in my fleet. I would never recommend your company to any of my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
