What do you like best about Netradyne?

Customer service and the use of cutting-edge AI technology to address one of the biggest financial challenges facing transportation companies, the general public and the insurance industry today. The willingness to do a 90 day pilot free of charge. The cameras' ability to work with almost any telematics vendor's platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

The hard sell approach by some of the salespeople; turn off for me since I am bringing one of my customers to the table as a referral. We need to listen to the customer's needs and challenges and predicate our responses to solve them and not feel like we have to rush through the canned hard sell approach. What do you like best about Netradyne?

The technicians assigned (Pierre Orcel and David Eichorn) to my account are the only good part that I have experienced. They are the only reason I am still a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netradyne?

The hardware is garbage and unreliable. Break downs constantly occurring. Always issues with the system. I've been a customer for 2.5 years and have already experienced two massive hardware failures that required more than half my fleet to require new hardware. This was a massive interruption to our organization operationally, financially and has left us exposed at times when the system is not functional. Upper management only responds when threatened. Netradyne is not part of my long term plans for telematics in my fleet. I would never recommend your company to any of my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
