What do you like best about MangoApps?

The MangoApps platform is both flexible and WYSIWYG; but the real benefit to using this company is their excellent client service. They use their own system to create an easily accessible service portal, and the response times for questions or development issues is stellar. I have direct access to their team in India to get questions answered and get help when I need it. I couldn't be more pleased - both with the capabilities of the system and the service and support I get from the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MangoApps?

We had an issue with one tech developer who wasn't up to par, but I was pleased that management was responsive and removed him from my support team right away when I complained. The platform offers a good photo library but doesn't yet allow captions with images in that library setup; I have made a request and they are putting it in their development pipeline. There was a glitch with the latest release (15.6) that caused a little downtime but that was resolved quickly. What do you like best about MangoApps?

Where I think MangoApps really excels is in the ease with which users can share information in a clear and visually compelling way through its pages, posts, and wikis modules. The tracker module also offers a dynamic way to collect information both internally and externally for a variety of project purposes. MangoApps also strikes the right balance between the frenetic noise of contemporary platforms like Slack and the more boring, static HTML-based intranet platforms of yesteryear. Instead the flow of information is directed in more purposeful, if slower, pace, which allows users to absorb and easily find the information they need, when they need it. What do you dislike about MangoApps?

The notifications function is slightly over-engineered and has been a pain point for our newer users who opt-out entirely rather than invest the time it takes to get a fully customized notification experience. There are also little bumps and bugs throughout the system we run into on sporadic basis, however, I will compliment the dev team for resolving issues in a timely, well-organized way, and communicating proactively to set expectations on when things will be fixed and how. What do you like best about MangoApps?

I like that Mango Apps provides a space for project collaboration in a systematic way, where project-related tasks are easily managed, completed, and monitored, it also allows users to collaborate on projects and work systematically through the use of project templates in which they can come up with a standard way to organize project files, pages, and content. What do you like best about MangoApps?

Mango Apps is a good platform for colleague engagement; it allows us to reach over 13,000 colleagues across our stores, Head Office and Distribution centers. We can share photos, videos and important company messages with our audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MangoApps?

Mango apps is a great tool for our company to relay communication. Its a very effective tool for us to be in constant contact with our team, a place to house important information, send out updates, do polls, and many many other things. We use it almost as a company facebook, and its made our teams priorities more aligned and fine tuned. There are truly no things i dislike. Building your company page is a long and challenging task, but mangoapps is in the trenches with you guiding you step by step to create something that becomes a massive asset to your team. Although Mango Apps features numerous useful features, the opportunity it provides to easily share organizational news with our 2,600-plus colleagues in a social-media-like platform is what truly sets it apart. Getting universal buy-in from our colleagues has been a struggle. Roughly half of them sign in with some degree of regularity, mostly to check the news feed -- which we updated multiple times a day as a "carrot" to keep our workforce coming back for more. What do you like best about MangoApps?

Ease of use. They have multiple tools built out that can be used immediately. The widgets that are available allow for quick site updates with minimal effort. Support is quick to respond and resolve.
