The MangoApps platform is both flexible and WYSIWYG; but the real benefit to using this company is their excellent client service. They use their own system to create an easily accessible service portal, and the response times for questions or development issues is stellar. I have direct access to their team in India to get questions answered and get help when I need it. We had an issue with one tech developer who wasn't up to par, but I was pleased that management was responsive and removed him from my support team right away when I complained. The platform offers a good photo library but doesn't yet allow captions with images in that library setup; I have made a request and they are putting it in their development pipeline. There was a glitch with the latest release (15.6) that caused a little downtime but that was resolved quickly.
