"IT MangoApps Admin Feedback" 2/5 What do you like best about MangoApps? I enjoy the fact that it houses many of the useful tools that our organization needs, in one place. There is not a clear way to customize user experience; there are lagging issues across the app's features; posting content is a pain because of the clunky editing menu that limits my ability to create custom content. Recommendations to others considering MangoApps: Be sure to define organization and user goals of implementing MangoApps to stay proactive instead of reactive after go-live. User testing is key here to ensure that MangoApps is adding to the organization's presence rather than feeling like just another thing that people have to use. I am in charge of maintaining an IT presence on MangoApps, with a bit of graphic design learning involved. I have not yet realized benefits of using MangoApps over other solutions.
