
Since 2019, I have been working with Leadsquared CRM at two different companies, and my experience continues through to 2025. My introduction to Leadsquared was at Unacademy, where I first learned to navigate and utilize the platform. Later, at PagarBook, I took on the responsibility of building and configuring the entire Leadsquared system from scratch. In my current role, I manage every aspect of Leadsquared, from daily operations to system creation and ongoing maintenance. It's notable that PagarBook is among the few organizations where the Leadsquared implementation was handled entirely in-house. I find Leadsquared to be a highly user-friendly solution, making it ideal for both sales and support teams. Its transparent and efficient workflow, from initial setup to full execution, leads me to consider it one of the top choices available.
