**What do you like best about Labra?**

I find Labra to be professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their team, from sales representatives to customer success to technical members, is great. They have been instrumental in helping us quickly list our SaaS product in the AWS marketplace and work effectively towards the Foundational Technical Review (FTR) for ChurnShift AI. Their knowledgeable team assists startups in meeting all well-architected and FTR requirements rapidly, enabling us to go to market swiftly and execute our go-to-market strategy without compromising quality. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and their onboarding was great.

**What do you dislike about Labra?**

I think they need better pricing for small startups and/or better monthly payments. A breakdown of payment and cheaper price range will make Labra perfect for that segment of their market.

**What do you like best about Labra?**

The experience has been great. Labra (Parvarthi & Alli) has walked me through each step with ease. We had a few hiccups with AWS and it was a pleasure to see those items resolved by Labra without needing my intervention. The onboarding process was smooth and is simple enough for an executive like me to be able to manage. The Labra team is also very friendly and patient and I'm glad we chose Labra as our partner for this effort. 10/10 recommend!

I can't think of any real downsides. Any delays we experienced were due to my team and with waiting on AWS to resolve items on their side.

**What do you like best about Labra?**

Setting up Labra was super easy, and it makes co-selling with AWS seamless. We’ve been using Labra for over four years now to power our AWS Partnership, and there is a stark difference in the way we operate, moving away from tedious manual work to automated workflows. The Labra team has also been accessible and able to customize the product to cater to our needs.

Labra also helps us manage resale authorization with our partners. We have reduced our Sales Ops workflows by 50% and 10x increased visibility with AWS and our account team. With the added visibility from AWS, AWS-originated deals have increased by 200%, with 85% of our pipeline now generated from AWS. This helped us make the case for a dedicated partner development manager and further improve our synergies with AWS, enabling better opportunities and high-value business prospects.

**What do you dislike about Labra?**

We haven’t had any real concerns with Labra, just new feature requests. Labra has been amazing at listening to our use cases and enabling us to perform more and more actions on an ongoing basis. Kudos to the customer success team at Labra for helping us make 100% use of the platform and adopt the latest AI features.

**What problems is Labra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is a proponent of AWS and AWS Marketplace. As an advanced consulting partner, we list our services and transact with our customers via the AWS Marketplace using private offers. Labra and their platform have been a godsend in this regard, helping us unite our APN Customer Engagement (ACE) portal and our CRM tooling to publish and update our listings on the AWS Marketplace, create opportunities and share them upstream with AWS, and overall manage the customer procurement process with the rollout of private offers to our customers.

**What do you like best about Labra?**

I really enjoy how labra enables our team to work with cloud marketplaces and co-sell initiatives without ever leaving our CRM. They have API-based integrations that are easy to set up, secure by design, and meet our compliance standards. End-to-end integration was quick and didn’t cause any downtime in our Cloud sales operations. This was key for us since we have been using the PTB daily to get a handle on who out there is most likely to have a conversation with us. 

We’re overall very happy with the platform and service provided by the Labra team. Their platform has scaled our hyperscaler partnership without the manual work that comes along with it. We’ve had great success leveraging their latest AI and Marketing capabilities. This goes to show how much they understand hyperscaler partnerships and are constantly innovating to help their customers stay ahead.

**What do you dislike about Labra?**

This does not happen often but i sometimes need to trigger a manual sync to fetch the latest co-sell opportunities — but that’s often due to pipeline issues on the hyperscaler’s side. When we do run into issues, Labra’s support team is always quick to respond and help resolve them.

Labra has automated our Marketplace offers and cloud co-sell process for the sales team — all within our CRM — saving us hours each week.
Being able to integrate this fully into our existing stack without dedicating technical resources and having to handle complexities from our end is a huge win.
They fit in well with our current and future hyperscaler GTM goals, and we’re seeing positive revenue growth month over month and year over year.

Since our initial onboarding call with Labra, we’ve seen the team be supportive and approachable while providing us with industry expertise and helping us navigate the challenging cloud partnership landscape. It was the first time our company was entering into a partner program, and we needed all the help we could get.

The AWS marketplace onboarding using Labra took just a few weeks and we were co-selling in no time. Initially, we didn’t get sufficient volumes of partner-generated opportunities, but as we shared more with AWS, we saw an increased interest and better response from the AWS sales teams.

Labra.io is a must-have for any ISV looking to boost co-selling efforts and maximize opportunities for success. Their integration-first approach and emphasis on automation makes the whole process streamlined and the end-to-end support they provide helped us scale our operations effortlessly.

Labra transformed how I worked with AWS. By eliminating the manual process and learning complexities, they have provided a simple solution to automate Co-sell and Marketplace transactions right from Salesforce environments.

Teams can save up to a day’s work each week, all thanks to Labra’s automation. I’d also like to give a shoutout to Labra’s customer success and product team, who’ve helped us get past difficult situations without breaking a sweat or needing to pull in engineering resources.

It’s truly a revolutionary product, offering a simplified setup. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to grow their Cloud revenue without investing the time, resources, and effort.

The best part about Labra is how hands-on and responsive the team is, especially during tricky container onboarding workflows. Our AWS Marketplace onboarding involved several blockers, but Labra's team, particularly Ashok on the technical front, walked us through every hurdle. Their guided onboarding and clear instructions turned what could have been a painful process into a streamlined and structured experience. The platform itself is intuitive, with everything we need to manage our listing in one comprehensive and user-friendly space.

Honestly, not much. Labra helped us navigate the strict requirements AWS has for containers.

We have been using Labra’s Salesforce CRM Application for over two years now, and it provides exactly what we want the way we want it. Our teams can manage the complete Cloud Co-sell process without ever having to leave our Salesforce CRM, and it saves us plenty of time. Their support team is truly an asset to have by our side; they've helped us reshape our Cloud business and boost revenue with ease.

Labra’s team has been great to work with since the beginning. Onboarding is straightforward; they were able to customize as per our needs, and their product was one of the few in the market that met our strict compliance needs.

There are plenty of automations available within Labra, making the co-sell, marketplace, and reseller management smooth. Our team has been able to prioritize new accounts, increase productivity, thanks to the time they got back after we implemented Labra’s.

We have achieved efficiency and scale with our AWS Co-sell program and have also been able to optimize our work with channel partners and resellers.

They automate the entire process of submitting and receiving leads and opportunity data so that all of it can be done from within our CRM. This removes any manual effort and makes the process easy for our teams

Starting with the quick implementation timeline, the Labra team has continuously brought us the latest and greatest features and innovations from AWS without us having to invest any time or effort in technical integration. This helps us boost revenue and add value as an AWS Partner.

We started with AWS and are hoping to expand to other cloud providers. As a company we made a strategic bet on our alliance with AWS, and needed to scale quickly. Our initial vendor wasn't the best suited to match our own GTM pace. Migrating to Labra has enabled us to save a ton of manual work. Opportunity sharing with AWS's PRM is entirely automated and synced with our pipeline, and marketplace operations are streamlined directly from our CRM. This also allows us to effortlessly involve all parts of the organization to contribute to the partnership effort, from Sales to Finance.

CRM integration, by design, requires involving RevOps and committed support, but that's normal and expected.
