What do users say about Inventive.AI?

One of the biggest improvements for us has been how Inventive helps keep information organized across multiple products. Before, we occasionally ran into situations where proposal content or technical details would get mixed between products, which created extra review work and slowed down the process.

With Inventive, it's much easier to keep content structured and generate responses using the right information. The citations are especially useful because our team can quickly verify where an answer came from without spending time searching through documents. That has made reviews much faster and given us more confidence in the final responses.

Another thing we appreciated was that the platform helped identify inconsistencies in some of our existing content during setup. We’re still using Inventive.AI on an ongoing basis, so we’re continuing to work out how it fits best into our wider processes. There have been moments where we’ve needed to adjust the way we approach certain tasks, but that feels more like part of getting a new workflow established than a major issue. The response quality is what won us over in the first place. When we ran a side-by-side scoring exercise against two other RFP tools during our evaluation, Inventive came out well ahead on the “good, usable answer” rate. It also helps by telling us where to spend our review time, instead of forcing us to re-check everything. What I like most about Inventive is how easy it is to work with. The UI is clean and straightforward, and the AI features make a real difference when working on RFPs and security questionnaires. The AI features are probably what stand out the most. It makes responding to RFPs and security questionnaires much easier by pulling relevant information and helping draft answers without having to start from scratch every time. Inventive has been really useful for the less interesting parts of presales work, especially when I’m researching questions and putting together a first draft of an RFP response. I also like its contextual approach, since the answer isn’t always pulled from a single old response. Not having a live PowerPoint export option is a real limitation when I’m putting together presentations for customer meetings. Inventive has made our RFP process far less dependent on manually digging through old responses. I appreciate that it can pull relevant context from multiple sources, rather than relying solely on a fixed Q&A library. I like the browser extension the most. Many of our RFPs are in vendor portals that we cannot export, and Inventive lets us generate and enter answers directly in the portal instead of copying everything from a document. The interface is clean and easy to learn.
