One of the biggest improvements for us has been how Inventive helps keep information organized across multiple products. Before, we occasionally ran into situations where proposal content or technical details would get mixed between products, which created extra review work and slowed down the process. With Inventive, it's much easier to keep content structured and generate responses using the right information. The citations are especially useful because our team can quickly verify where an answer came from without spending time searching through documents. That has made reviews much faster and given us more confidence in the final responses. Another thing we appreciated was that the platform helped identify inconsistencies in some of our existing content during setup. It gave us a chance to clean up our knowledge base and improve the quality of information we use across proposals and questionnaires.

The biggest difference for us is the quality of the AI answers. They’re much better than what we were getting with Responsive, and the overall workflow is simpler. The tagging also made it pretty easy for the team to get started without needing a lot of training.<br><br>For longer questionnaires, I rely quite a bit on the confidence scores. I also like that Inventive can pull information from multiple sources. It has even flagged conflicting information in an answer for us, which gives me more confidence in what I’m reviewing.

What I like is the structure around the response process. Being able to work with proposal information in one environment makes it easier to keep track of what needs attention and move between different parts of an RFP without constantly starting over.
