## InEight Reviews
  ### 1. Organized, Professional Platform for Construction Project Coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I have used InEight for a few months mainly to understand project coordination and workflow management related to construction and design work. One thing that felt useful to me was how organized the platform is for handling project information, tasks, and documentation in one place. As someone connected to the architecture and design field, I found it helpful for tracking project-related updates and keeping work more structured instead of managing everything manually. The interface also feels professional, and once I became familiar with the workflow, navigating different sections became easier. Another good point is that the platform is designed for large construction and project environments, so it gives better visibility into ongoing work and coordination between teams. For businesses managing multiple projects, it can help improve organization and reduce confusion during project execution.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

At the beginning, the workflow and navigation felt a little difficult to understand, especially for new users. Since the platform has many project management sections and options, it took some time to get comfortable with the interface. I also felt that a few parts of the dashboard could be more simplified because finding certain project details sometimes requires extra steps. Improving the user experience and making the workflow more intuitive would make the platform easier for architecture and construction teams to use on a daily basis.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A few months ago, I started using ineight to understand project coordination and workflow management related to architecture and construction work. In the beginning, the platform felt a little complex, and adjusting to the workflow took some time. After regular use, it became easier to manage project updates, documents, and task tracking in a more organized way. It hhelped reduce confusion while handling multiple project related activities and improved coordination between different parts of the work. One thing I found good is that the platform is built for large construction and project environments, so it gives better visibility into ongoing work and planning. As I continue learning it, I feel it can become even more useful for improving project management, communication, and overall workflow efficiency in architecture and construction projects.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Hi Muzammil. Thank you for taking the time to write this review- we are delighted to hear that InEight has helped you to gain greater visibility into project planning. We also really appreciate your feedback around the interface and user experience. Thanks for taking the time to share this with us and thank you for being a user of InEight!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam p. | Junior Field Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I like that InEight helps me keep all project information organized in one place. This makes it easy to access documents, track progress, and stay organized. Having everything in one place saves time and makes it easier to find documents, track updates, and stay informed without searching through multiple systems. It's really useful for managing construction project documentation, daily reports, and tracking project progress. Overall, it improves team communication and reduces paperwork.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

The platform can sometimes feel slow, especially when loading larger projects or documents. It also takes a bit of time to learn certain features. Improving performance, simplifying navigation, and making commonly used features easier to access would help reduce the learning curve for new users.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InEight to manage construction project documentation and track progress. It organizes all project info, reducing paperwork. Having everything in one place saves time and improves team communication, making it easier to find documents and stay informed.

  ### 3. Feature-Rich Platform, but Setup and Onboarding Can Be Challenging

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

Centralized project data – reduces information silos between office and field teams.
Document control and version tracking – helps ensure everyone is working from current drawings and specifications.
Cost and schedule visibility – provides real-time insights into project performance.
Field-to-office connectivity – allows field updates, inspections, and reports to flow directly into project records.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Learning curve – The platform is feature-rich, which can make onboarding and training more demanding than simpler tools.
Complex setup and configuration – Organizations may need significant effort to tailor workflows, forms, and permissions to their processes.
User interface complexity – Some users find certain modules less intuitive, especially if they only use the software occasionally.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight helps solve the problem of disconnected project information across estimating, planning, field operations, and document management. By having project data in one system, it improves visibility, reduces manual data entry, helps teams work from current information, and makes it easier to track costs, schedules, and project performance. This benefits me by saving time, reducing errors, improving coordination between the office and field, and providing more confidence in project decisions.

  ### 4. Essential for Time Tracking, Needs Comment Feature

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert T. | Civil Engineer Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I like using InEight for keeping track of the time I spend on projects. The timesheets are an important tool for managing project budgets and understanding how much time needs to be spent on each task. Also, the initial setup is quite easy. I received a verification email, and signing up was straightforward.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

I think the timesheets don't have a feature that can write comments. Would be better to write comments on what exact things I did. I think just adding comments can help let the moderator or the project manager know exactly what was done.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InEight timesheets to track time spent on projects and manage project budgets, ensuring tasks are time-efficient.

  ### 5. Robust Solution for Modern Construction Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I like InEight's software environment and its usability, as it makes my job as a project coordinator easier. I think recording daily plans and being able to log time worked, quantities earned, add notes, associate them with a work pack, and add changes is such a powerful tool. I also appreciate InEight's capacity and power to keep up with the modern demands of the construction world.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

I don't like that InEight is web-based and not an app. It always asks us to log in every single time we need to use it. The initial setup was quite challenging, especially for older workers who have a hard time getting familiarized with the new interface.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InEight for organization, providing a solid platform for documents, changes, estimates, and work packaging. Its environment and usability make my job easier. Recording daily plans, time worked, and earned quantities with notes is a powerful tool for me.

  ### 6. Accuracy in Scheduling Tasks With InEight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshkumar P. | Site Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I appreciate InEight for its accuracy and usefulness in calculations, especially when it provides logical references. One time, I sought information about the timings for concrete settlement for my floor concrete and columns, and it gave me accurate answers, reinforcing its reliability in accuracy. I suggested it to my colleagues, and they switched to InEight due to its more accurate answers compared to ChatGPT. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Nothing everything was good I felt that

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight helps me calculate scheduling days for tasks with more accuracy and useful logical references. It's good for precise answers, like timing for concrete settlement.

  ### 7. Solid Tool for Project Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy T. | University Events Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I like that InEight's basic functions have a reasonable learning curve, making it easy to follow for everyday use like daily planning, work packaging, and quantity tracking. I also appreciate the easy management of its WBS structure and how the budget broken into WBS codes can be used through the control module to fit job needs.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Daily planning on the mobile app has frequent problems. Timesheet approval should have better workflow (multiple people to approve). Work packaging and daily plans could link together better.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight links issues, resources, and work areas, and breaks down budgets into manageable pieces, enhancing organization and efficiency.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Jeremy. We are glad to hear that you've found the modules to be easy to learn, and we really appreciate your feedback around daily planning and timesheet approval. Thank you for being a user of InEight- we really appreciate your perspective!

  ### 8. Strong Compliance Tracking with Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent S. | Environmental Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I use InEight for compliance forms, daily reports, and incident forms, and once I learned it, it was a great way to stay organized online. I appreciate being able to see previous entries for information, and it's really good for tracking compliance and reports. Setting it up was easy since my company handled it, and I just had to figure it out. It's fantastic for organizing information and sharing forms across groups and company districts.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

The learning curve was a bit strong at the beginning but it came together after some review videos and being shown by coworkers.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InEight for organizing information, sharing forms, staying organized online, and tracking compliance and reports effectively.

  ### 10. Integrated, Intuitive Platform with Real-Time Visibility and Strong Forecasting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I appreciate how InEight brings together project controls, scheduling, and field data into one integrated platform. Its real‑time visibility, strong forecasting tools, and consistent data structure make it easier to drive accuracy, accountability, and informed decision‑making across complex projects. I also value how intuitive the interface is—it reduces administrative burden and helps teams focus more on execution rather than manual data management.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

While InEight is powerful, some aspects can be challenging. The system can feel complex for new users, and onboarding often requires significant time and training. Certain workflows also feel rigid—customization options can be limited without admin‑level access, which sometimes slows teams down. Additionally, because it’s so feature‑rich, navigating through multiple modules to complete simple tasks can feel inefficient.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight helps streamline project controls by centralizing information that’s often scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and different software tools. By bringing estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and field progress into one connected system, it reduces data silos and improves accuracy. This leads to clearer visibility into performance, more reliable forecasts, and faster decision‑making.
For me, the biggest benefit is consistency—everyone is working from the same source of truth. It reduces rework, minimizes manual data entry, and helps ensure that project updates reflect real field conditions. Overall, it makes it easier to track performance, identify risks earlier, and support more proactive project management.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re so glad to hear that InEight is delivering value for your projects. We also appreciate your input on onboarding and flexibility- feedback like yours helps us to continue to improve! Thank you again for being a customer of InEight.

  ### 11. Insightful, But Still Needs More to Win Me Over

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Het V. | technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

Managing billing was easier through InEight. Also with the project planning and connecting phases it was really helpful I would recommend InEight to everyone.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Complex Interface – Some users feel the platform has a steep learning curve, especially for new team members.
	2.	Implementation Time – Enterprise rollout can take significant time and configuration.
	3.	Cost – It’s positioned as an enterprise solution, so pricing may be high for smaller firms.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Without centralized data, cost overruns and budget surprises are common.
Solution: InEight brings all project cost data into one platform — budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasts.
Benefit: You get real-time financial insight and can make proactive decisions before costs escalate.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Hi Het! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that InEight has helped you to manage billing and project planning. We also really appreciate your perspective on interface and implementation time. Our team is continuously working to improve our platform and the user experience- insights like yours are incredibly valuable and help us to continue to grow. Thank you again.

  ### 12. InEight Unifies Cost, Schedule, and Forecasting into True Decision Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

What I like best about InEight is that it truly integrates cost, schedule, and forecasting into one coherent system instead of siloed tools. It feels less like reporting software and more like a decision-support platform built for real construction complexity.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

What I dislike about InEight is that it can feel heavy and complex to implement, especially for teams without strong project-controls maturity. The learning curve is steep, and without disciplined data governance, the system’s power can turn into overhead rather than insight.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight solves the problem of fragmented cost, schedule, and forecast data by bringing them into a single, integrated project-controls platform. That benefits me by giving a clearer, more reliable view of project health and enabling earlier, data-driven decisions instead of reactive reporting.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's great to hear that InEight has helped you to integrate cost, schedule, and forecasting for your projects. We also appreciate your perspective around implementation. If it's helpful, we'd like to invite you to join our online user community (https://community.ineight.com/) where customers like you share best practices, tips for success, and lessons learned along the way. ### 13. Solid Tools with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maximilian M. | Accounting Clerk

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2025

**What do you like best about InEight?**

I find InEight's cloud-based nature incredibly advantageous as it offers more functionality compared to traditional methods like emailing timesheets or scanning invoices, providing us with the ability to do much more. I appreciate the visual capabilities of InEight, which significantly enhance my user experience. Moreover, the InEight University program is extremely valuable, as it has been instrumental in helping me understand how to effectively use the program, even handling some initial challenges. By getting the fundamentals down, the program has equipped me with a solid understanding and use of InEight.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

I find the integration capabilities of InEight to other programs one of its downsides. There are issues with InEight communicating with other software, which results in significant errors that aren't always caught in time. Additionally, the initial setup was challenging, especially when adding the control and contract modules to our projects. This led to unforeseen headaches and required extensive reconciliations, significantly increasing the expected accounting time from 5 hours to 40-50 hours a week. It seems like it's missing some key features that could enhance its utility.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find InEight's cloud-based functionality solves issues of traditional timesheets and invoices by offering more functionality, though integration with other programs like SAP can cause errors.

  ### 19. Fast and Capable, but Needs Improvement for Large Construction Projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

It handles massive project complexity without slowing down. Even with thousands of line items and multiple teams working at the same time, everything stays responsive and is easy to access on-site.

Before InEight, we were juggling cost estimates in Excel, schedules in a separate tool, and documents scattered across email threads and shared drives. Now everything lives in one place, the whole team can see the same data in real time, and we’ve basically eliminated those painful Monday-morning “which version is correct?” meetings.

creating a clear budget and RFI creation, this leads to time that Im looking at the screen but can't work. this is helpful to make an RFI in the software and not by hand.

  ### 23. A Powerful and Comprehensive Tool with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about InEight?**

What I appreciate most about the platform is its comprehensive nature. It successfully centralizes many of our core project management and control functions into a single ecosystem. This integration has improved data visibility for our teams and reduced the amount of time spent switching between different, disconnected tools. The reporting and analytics capabilities are also quite robust, giving us better insights into project performance and helping to identify potential issues before they become critical.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

While the platform is very powerful, its breadth of features comes with a steep learning curve. New users on our team often feel overwhelmed and require significant training to become proficient. The user interface, while functional, can feel a bit dated and navigating to specific modules is not always intuitive. We have also experienced occasional performance lag when loading very large datasets or complex reports, which can be a minor source of frustration during busy periods.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process of developing any new strategy requires careful consideration of numerous interconnected factors. From the initial concept to the final implementation, each step plays a critical role in determining the ultimate success of the endeavor. By focusing on a clear set of objectives and maintaining flexibility, it becomes possible to navigate unexpected obstacles and adapt to changing circumstances, ensuring a more resilient and effective outcome.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Thank you so much for sharing such detailed feedback! We’re really glad to hear that the InEight platform helped to boost data visibility and reduced time spent switching between tools.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about InEight?**

InEight gives construction teams real-time visibility into project cost, schedule, and progress, helping them stay on budget and on schedule. It integrates data across planning, forecasting, change management, and field tracking so teams make faster, more informed decisions. It also reduces manual work and improves consistency and collaboration across projects

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Steep learning curve, complex UI, pricey, can overwhelm users, occasional integration issues, and needs reliable internet. Best for large projects only

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight solves core construction project challenges like data fragmentation, lack of real-time visibility, and slow manual processes — which helps you make smarter decisions, reduce surprises, and deliver better project outcomes

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

  ### 25. Accurate Estimates and Time Savings, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about InEight?**

InEight has helped with calculating more accurate project estimates, saving time and money in the long run. Being able to easily compare with previous estimates is also helpful.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

There's a definitely learning curve to the software, especially if you want to take full advantage of all the features. It's also very customizable with which is a positive but can also be overwhelming.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to better create and track project estimates, while also keeping them accurate. As we take on larger projects, InEight help keep everything manageable and professional.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that InEight has helped you create more accurate project estimates and save time- that’s exactly the kind of impact we aim for.

  ### 26. Effortless Organization and User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about InEight?**

This tool makes it easy to keep everything organized and clearly labeled, so I can quickly access what I need. I also found it very user-friendly, especially when I first started using it.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Personally, I have not encountered any problems while using the program. However, I would suggest providing a range of possible prices, so that users know what to expect and do not waste their time.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we began using InEight, staying organized was a real challenge. Everything felt cluttered, and retrieving information always took much longer than it should have. Now that we have a single program handling all our needs, it has made a significant difference and been incredibly helpful.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re thrilled to hear that InEight has helped your team stay organized and easily access the information you need- that’s exactly what we strive for!

We appreciate your suggestion about providing a range of possible prices. While pricing can vary based on specific needs and configurations, your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our team as we look for ways to improve transparency.

  ### 27. Makes Construction Task Management a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about InEight?**

It is easier to manage construction tasks thanks to its ability to centralize project data on a single platform. This not only enhances collaboration among team members but also offers real-time insights.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

The performance, reporting limitations, cost, steep learning curve, and the complexity of the user interface all stand out. As a beginner, I found it challenging to learn everything quickly, and the interface is not particularly user-friendly for newcomers.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight offers construction project management software designed to address frequent challenges such as cost overruns, scheduling delays, and the issue of fragmented information in large-scale capital projects.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that InEight makes it easier for your team to centralize project data and have stronger collaboration.

  ### 28. Easy-to-Use Project Management Software with Smooth Learning Curve

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about InEight?**

Very good project management software. Have been using it for some time now and no complaints whatsoever. The product was easy to learn and adapt to as soon as opening it.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

I have no experienced much to where I have had any discrepancies with the program. Maybe depending on what I have opened it takes some time to fully open.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is definitely helping with time management. I am able to get right into the software, complete the necessary tasks that are required and immediately return to work without having convoluted menus and selections.

**Official Response from Ellen Bartlett:**

  ### 29. Customizable workflows are invaluable assets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amiira A. | Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about InEight?**

When dealing with large projects that have many dependencies, the configurability of InEight come in handy. We have designed the workflows to suit our peculiar needs in order to have a very effective and efficient project execution process.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

One area where InEight does not excel is in its reporting capabilities, which is in its reporting capabilities, which is in contracst to the rest of its features. Some forms of reporting that are important to our project managers have not been developed into the built-in tools.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InEight has a great deal to provide in the way of construction project management software and tools. We have identified some ways around this, however, a better and more comprehensive reporting system would improve the value of InEight.

  ### 30. A Great Solution for Construction Project Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about InEight?**

The product is great with a lot of helpful features. The UI is also simple and easy to learn. The dashboard gives a comprehensive summary of ongoing projects and makes it easy to track the project progress of all active projects. InEight has been a pert of our process for quite sometime now and the frequency of use is daily. Tye customer support is also helpful and we had quick responses from the CRM team who were able to resolve in time.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

The learning curve for the UI is steep and It took me sometime to get used to the whole UI and all the different options available. The software seems to be better suited for complex long term programmes that require considerable time and money investment. I dont think it would be beneficial to a small organisation. The time to integrate new projects takes take but it is definitely worth transitioning into the software.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program is useful in managing the whole projects from start to the finish, a centralized platform for all the needs of any project. There have always been instances when we refer the dashboard during meetings to get a quick glance at the project progress. The financial functions are also very useful to keep a track of the budgetary requirement of the project. There are warnings and labels in tasks that are prone to risk and help you get ahead of things.
The best part is that its accessible via mobile and helps you get the updates on the go.

  ### 31. Amazing for tracking budgets for a large team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about InEight?**

It was great for tracking budget and schedule for a large team. It kept our project on task even with lots of moving parts. It's dynamic, in that you can all update assignments and progress complete if you have permissions to do so.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

The upload and download icons are not intuitive-just the opposite of the standard icons for these. Also, it was expensive to implement-we had to train every single user prior to them jumping in.

**Recommendations to others considering InEight:**

We worked very closely with their service team to ensure smooth rollout. Highly recommend training ALL users prior to them jumping in to use the software. It would be very hard to pick up on your own.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem ineight has solved for us is identifying hang-ups in the schedule. We can visually see the progress of each group and their percent complete. If a task is taking longer than we originally thought, the software flags it for us and we build more time in for that task on the next project. A huge benefit for us to right-size effort and more accurately estimate realistic project schedules. This has in turn saved us money.

  ### 32. All the construction needs in your hands

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdallah A. | Structural Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2021

**What do you like best about InEight?**

InEight brings everything the site team needs, it has all kinds of different modules that are suited to all stages of the project. With InEight you are able to manage time schedules, documents and control the cost of the project. By using InEight the team will notice an improvement to the execution certainty and in the planning efficincy.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

I mainly dislike that InEight doesn't offer a centralized file where everyone can contribute to it and build upon other members' work. In addition, the user interface could use some improvements as well.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With InEight, we are able to manage the project time schedule, control the cost and forecast the total project cost. It is also possible to manage the field execution in order to reflect the actual progress and manage the workers' payroll more efficiently.

  ### 33. InEight software gets it done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2021

**What do you like best about InEight?**

The versatility to incorporate all the business applications into one software is a real plus.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Requires a good amount of training before using efficiently.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The complete application of cost, schedule, planning, and reporting all in one software has been the real win with the software.

  ### 34. allow integration with the accounting system and allow financial management to be better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilna F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2020

**What do you like best about InEight?**

Its interface is quite user-friendly and simple to use. At first, I was scared to see so many functions together, but as I started interacting with the system, I realized its versatility and how powerful and simple it was at the same time. What I like about this system is that I can practically do everything I need to manage my construction projects from scratch. With it, I can make time and cost estimates, simulate the infrastructure, and generate detailed reports for later use. Additionally, it allows integration with accounting systems, which makes financial management more fluid.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

The biggest problem with this application is its customer service staff; they take too long to provide an accurate response to what I am requesting, thus delaying my work on more than one occasion.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I started as a contractor, in the early days I focused on keeping a manual record of all my actions throughout the day. Once I discovered this tool, everything changed. I am now able to keep the same records but in a much more optimal and efficient way. Not to mention that now I can create simulations quickly, either to show my clients how the final product will look or to have a clearer vision of the things I need to improve. Additionally, its integration with financial applications simplified my life, as I no longer had to deal with cumbersome calculations related to staff payments. I just enter all the information into the system and it does everything for me. I am very happy to have discovered this tool and I recommend it to the entire contractor community.

  ### 35. One stop shop!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about InEight?**

It is very comprehensive while very customization, you can configure it to meet the needs of the organization or the process.Very easy to use, even for those not so technologically savvy. Navigation is easy and direct, and the reports are useful and real time. Very user friendly. The favorites tab makes navigation easy. Easy navigation. Wonderful customer service and training. Easy to use from the very start. I love the Sandbox environment.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

Sometimes the layout could be a bit boring, a better more efficient layout design would be nice to have. Sometimes the server gets overloaded and slows down. Updates are great. But other than that, it is going great. Cost is a bit high but not many programs are as capable. The videos are helpful but they aren't consistent as far as the style of teaching and the quality of the video.

**Recommendations to others considering InEight:**

A great investment with a great rate of return that is visible from the early stages of implementation. Within the estimating application, it offers quick cost lookup, and Excel export. Costs are further grouped by project type, allowing users to select the data sets that best fits their needs. It allowing remote access to data. Support is offered via email, phone, product tutorials and through an online knowledge base.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now with InEight, we collect and retain the data, perform benchmarks, create libraries, and implement best practices and processes. We manage our projects, resources and financials from project planning to closeout. The platform connects every project contributor to solutions built specifically for Refinery and integrates seamlessly with other platform. The ability to easily communicate across disparate teams makes it easier to work together by eliminating silos and establishing a single source of truth.

  ### 36. Hard Dollar review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JD B. | Project Management , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2019

**What do you like best about InEight?**

The organization of my bid form in the ability 2 revise any pricing instantly.

**What do you dislike about InEight?**

I wish I had the ability to do all the work from one screen. I do not like having to click to a drill down screen to click back. Everything should be able to potentially be done in the same cost breakdown structure screen.

**What problems is InEight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mather's are a thing of the past. The ability to adjust my pricing quickly has been recognized.

  ### 37. Great product for those who aren't totally immersed in construction management

Cost is always an issue and this is no different.

Organization and the ability to manage a build that is done very quickly with Habitat for Humanity. As far as I know, they are still using the software.
