**What do you like best about Felix?**

It is a great tool that is easy to adopt and deploy across an organization. Felix provides exceptional customer support, backed by a highly skilled development team that is always responsive and willing to adapt and customize the solution to meet specific business requirements. Their commitment to continuous improvement and customer success makes them a reliable and valued partner.

**What do you dislike about Felix?**

Some of the fields and terminology are specific to the Oceania region, which can occasionally create confusion for North American clients. Adapting these elements to align with regional expectations would further enhance the user experience.

**What problems is Felix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform features a clean and user-friendly interface, complemented by an intuitive dashboard and robust reporting system. Its wide range of customization options allows organizations to tailor the solution to their specific needs, making implementation and adoption both efficient and seamless.

**What do you like best about Felix?**

FELIX is a contractor-oriented software that fit our procurement needs and processes with minimal adjustments. It’s very flexible and could be easily adapted to what we needed. We came from an hectic environment with different Excel databases and lots of lost information, so we value the data management and the control on the processes above all.

**What do you dislike about Felix?**

Some features still couldn’t be adapted, because they were transversal and applied to all users worldwide.

**What problems is Felix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What we were looking for mainly was a way to improve and centralize vendor management and the RFP processes, while keeping a fully updated database across the Business Unit. FELIX can achieve that easily.

**What do you like best about Felix?**

The Vendor Management module is very helpful for ensuring compliance. It keeps the right information for the company in one place and provides clear visibility into prior performance.

**What do you dislike about Felix?**

The UI could be improved. The color scheme and overall layout could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

**What problems is Felix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us by providing a centralised platform for all our project tender records. This is beneficial for future job tendering, and it also makes it easier to research the services used on similar projects.

**What do you like best about Felix?**

I really appreciate Felix for its user-friendly interface. It's not cluttered, making it easy to search and filter suppliers, and the tags feature is great for identifying suppliers. The implementation support was amazing, with the Felix team understanding and interpreting our needs with professionalism, guidance, and detail. I also enjoy having all vendor information in one accessible location, simplifying the vendor management process. Additionally, our ongoing support person is very helpful and great to deal with. Felix has made our lives so much easier, and I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Felix?**

The request for quote system has some limitations and the dashboard is quite basic. We've asked for more columns on the RFQ home screen and a better award process, but for now, we can make do with how the system is.

**What problems is Felix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Felix centralizes vendor information, stores and manages insurances, automates follow-ups, and maintains a clear audit history for requests for quotes, simplifying our vendor management. Its user-friendly interface and supportive implementation team make it easy to navigate and customize to our needs.

Felix is very easy to use, convenient and straightforward. The whole process is simple, and the service has been reliable and hassle-free.

There are no major issues so far. Some small improvements could make the experience even smoother, but overall I am very satisfied with Felix.

Felix helps simplify the procurement process by making it easier to find and manage suppliers, obtain and compare quotes, and track approvals. This saves time, improves visibility, and makes it easier to manage project procurement efficiently.”

Ease of access and relevance of information I think the rapid access to information is its greatest benefit

Nothing that jumps out at all. It is very user friendly.

Primarily Contractor Management. Accessing up to day certificates of currency to permit access to site
