Centralized Project Tracking and Clear Budget Visibility with InEight

What I like best about InEight is that it keeps project information in one place and makes it easy to track contracts, commitments, change orders, and project costs throughout the life of a project. The software provides good visibility into budget status and forecasting, and the reporting tools make it easier to identify issues early rather than waiting until the end of the month. I also appreciate that project documentation, workflows, and approvals are centralized, which helps reduce time spent searching through emails or spreadsheets and improves collaboration between project teams.

Well-Integrated, Comprehensive Modules Backed by Helpful InEight University

I like how well the modules are integrated with each other, and how complete they feel in terms of the overall project scope they cover. InEight University also helped a lot, especially for first-time users, by making it easier to get up to speed more quickly. I use it daily for Document Control, InEight Schedule, Cost, and Contract Management.

Essential capital project tool but needs better syncing

I like how InEight makes use of a complex 3D BIM model that is seamlessly connected to an advanced quantity takeoff module. This integration automatically creates precise work breakdown structures, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the change order management system, where changes are highly visible in all live contracts. The system's ability to automatically cross-reference scope additions with original line items is very efficient. Plus, the paperwork is hassle-free with automated approval workflows in field trailers, which is a big advantage.
