It's great at sending and receiving faxes electronically to avoid paper waste and without delay like traditional faxes. The customer support has been friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price for us as a small business is hard to manage. We don't like the AI integration but there is a way to disable it we finally found in the settings but before that it was very easy to accidentally use credits when on the dashboard, trying to open a fax.
