Many of our clients have to send us secured medical documents, so giving them a way to do that without them having to pay for it themselves was something I had not considered before; now that I have that as an option, it is one I will not want to be without with a fax service. **What do you dislike about iFax?** Not being able to have HIPAA compliance on lower tier paid plans is something that almost turned me away from using iFax.
