It is easy to read at a glance and the functions I use most often are easy to get to in the UI. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** I would like to see Humanity become a little more responsive, especially when dragging and dropping shifts. This is a noticeable issue even when using a wired internet connection with speeds up to 1gbit. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem I have in my role is the amount of time it takes to set up schedules that involve multiple sites in which several employees work at more than one. Some employees out of site A, B, C, and D may work at site A and B, B and C, or A, C, and D. Figuring out the best way to utilize everyone in these areas takes a lot longer to do manually. Even though Humanity's shift auto fill function doesn't give me a "perfect" result, it still gives me an excellent foundation to start with in about a minute or so. ### 10. You don't have to worry about not having access to all coworkers' contact information in order to find coverage for a shift, or pressuring someone to take a shift at random who may have other obligations. I've used other scheduling systems that make it somewhat difficult. Humanity is simple enough that you can plug it in quickly. Also, I really like the "all day" check-box when plugging in unavailability. This makes it much quicker than having to manually set times if I know I'll be unavailable all day. I like the visual display of shifts and color coding for different locations that I work at. I like that I can use it on a website. My previous job made me download HotSchedules on my phone, which was annoying. I prefer to use my computer when I can. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** The new ShiftPlanning menu seems a bit unnecessary. It looks the same as the Legacy menu, but you see everyone's schedule by default. In the Legacy menu, there's still an option to see other people's schedule, so I don't see why it's necessary to see everyone's schedule by default. I hope the Legacy ShiftPlanning menu doesn't go away. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a convenient place to see my schedule, see other people's schedule if I want, and release and pick up shifts. We've noticed that employees who's Humanity account has been disabled is suddenly activated again. It is very easy to navigate, and we can also monitor our schedule and even our teammates' schedules as well. I also like the report feature. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** It's pretty clunky. I wish there was a feature that let me click on a shift and easily duplicate it for a different day -- the repeating shift feature works for shifts that repeat for a long time, but is too time consuming for shifts that repeat for a short time (eg, just 3 days). It feels like I have to do a lot of clicking and waiting for things to load, in order to make very minor edits. I also wish there was an easy way to split shifts in half (I believe this is a feature for some users, but I've been unable to get access to it, despite being a scheduler). I have the scheduler role but my access to different features is very limited, and I feel they should be accessible to everyone with a scheduler role. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to make a schedule for my employees. ### 44. People from 15 years old to 70 years old are able to learn how to use it. The communication to our staff is one of the biggest and best features. They get notified instantly when a change is made and I no longer have to track people down to tell them of their scheduling change. I have staff that are able to schedule themselves and sign up for shifts...I don't have to track their availability and schedule them accordingly...they can schedule themselves. Also their customer service is the best I have ever used. The longest I have waited for help is maybe 90 seconds. They are always there to help and if they can't fix the issue right away they communicate with me on where my fix request it at. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** You are never going to find a software that does EVERYTHING you would like it too. I already submitted a feedback regarding this. As our company has different departments, multiple administrators can work simultaneously, but each can publish independently. Employees can link to their calendars, and any updates are made in real-time, ensuring communication and notification by multiple methods. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** Some of the new updates are not intuitive. Humanity has reached out about my suggestions, and while the loss of those functions is not a deal breaker, it will take some time to get used to them. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling a quarter in advance and then allowing tracking of employee trades and shift drops.
