I'm not a recruiter but one thing that might be an inconvenience is that people can clock in without being there in person. I also don't like that it may take a lot of time for the manager's to approve my request Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like how Humanity Schedule by TCP keeps our staff organized. I'm a fan of the schedule and HR features, as they save us time by keeping the team organized and having everything HR in one platform. The initial setup was easy and quick, and the support was always there to answer our issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The training module needs more work since it's basic and limited. It's not AI-powered, and the topics format is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the mobile app for Humanity Schedule by TCP. It's quite flexible and the interface is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I don't like the lack of flexibility in the KPIs, we don't have the possibility to design the KPIs we want to export, and I don't like the possibility that it might not be possible to customize the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
