What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP? The rejection for PTO doesn't give the employees a message to let them know that it's been rejected. I think that is something that they could definitely improve on. Setting up the supervisor profile was not easy. It was very challenging. It just took a lot of back and forth. Having utilized most of the major WFM solutions on the market, I still highly value how simple Humanity is to deploy and administer. It frequently feels like new features are rushed to deployment before being fully vetted, leading to frustrating UI errors for our team. Additionally, the Humanity API continues to be unreliable when syncing timecards with ADP, requiring more manual oversight than it should for an enterprise solution.
