I really appreciate the efficiency of Humanity Schedule by TCP when it comes to changing shifts and tracking time clocks. It's easy to change shifts with just a few clicks, which is super helpful since we often need to adjust schedules due to client requests. I also find live monitoring of clocked-in employees easy, as it shows who's on shift, late, or absent. I would like to suggest having the option to create a schedule for multiple staff for a particular event, which would allow the scheduler to assign multiple roles at different times. Right now, the scheduling is set to allow scheduling per role and for the same timings. The system includes everything you need to get started, from scheduling features to an on-demand chat assistant that provides immediate support whenever you need help. There is very little I dislike. The only thing I don’t like is when I am working on future dates and I choose a staff to review, it takes me back to the most recent week. I then have to shift back to where I was and sometimes lose my place. I also MUCH prefer the Legacy mode, especially how it used to display shift history. I find that Humanity Schedule enables me to reference upcoming work calendars, compare with colleagues' schedules, message within the company and swap shifts.
