I wish it had the ability to repeat shifts based on more cadences. For example, if it could repeat a shift on the 4th Wednesday, or first Tuesday or whatever, that would make the repeating shifts more useful. The platform's overall stability needs attention. It frequently feels like new features are rushed to deployment before being fully vetted, leading to frustrating UI errors for our team. Additionally, the Humanity API continues to be unreliable when syncing timecards with ADP, requiring more manual oversight than it should for an enterprise solution. It doesn't interface with our payroll provider, so our users have to clock in twice. Reporting is easy, but there is no way to automate repeat reports - running a timesheet summary every week is something that should be easy to schedule.
