A challenge for any software firm is how to share the updates in a way that the end user can absorb and implement. I find that challenging across many software platforms, and I would suggest this to HubSpot as well. I'm not sure how to address it other than periodic training? They release videos and updates and such. Maybe we need to do in-house open hours or something like that so we can understand the shiny new tools in the toolbox and how we can best use them. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub? The data structure is mostly challenging, especially when creating dashboards. Often, one encounters limitations or doesn't immediately understand. Another difficulty is the connection to other hubs. Even if you only need a small function, it often comes with a massive surcharge because you have to buy a complete package that you end up using only 5 percent of. And in terms of recommendations, instead of an 8, there's only a 5 because you now have to pay to participate in the referral program. I don't know who at HubSpot came up with this crazy idea, but that's why I no longer recommend HubSpot. I like the fact that the AI works efficiently and syncs well with the knowledge base and what’s currently happening on the screen, so the suggestions feel pretty relevant. The UI is fine. I also like that we can find anything easily, whether it’s by category or just by searching a contact. Overall, the ergonomics are pretty good. When it comes to integrations, it works well with a lot of the tools I’m using, such as the marketing extension to build my database, for example. Hubspot looks performant too, especially when I tried to enroll a lot of companies at once. It was able to look up all the companies I copied and pasted. It feels very powerful compared to when I used it 6 years ago. If I need support, the AI tool is very effective, and it honestly surprised me. The tool definitely feels worth the price.
