**What do you like best about New Breed?**

I really enjoy working with Will R. as our account manager, he is organized and has a can do attitude. He is also phenomenal at coordinating the different experts inside of NB to keep things rolling for our account.

**What do you dislike about New Breed?**

Unfortunately we are on our third digital advertising coordinator, which means reanalyzing and re-setting up campaigns for a third time based on different findings. If there was a standardized best practice for advertising that the company used, so the analysis and recommended actions weren't so varied that would be helpful as a client. It would also instill confidence that the agency is an advertising expert in practice, no mater who is doing the execution. 

Also content creation hasn't been that impressive (email marketing/copy). We want content to stand out and hit with a punch. While we are a new account and understand there is a "voice" learning curve, we have had to rewrite nearly everything that came from copy. What was provided up front very business ho-hum in our opinion., not email copy or web copy (LP) that would grab attention and encourage prospects to take the next step with energy.

Super organized. They come in with a timeline, plan and help prioritize based on budget and efforts that will deliver the strongest results.

**What problems is New Breed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website conversions, customer journey nurturing and automation strategies, Hubspot use case analysis and improvements, digital advertising! We are six months in working with New Breed and the organization, timeline and planning they have taken (and Will Reddick is managing for our account) has been superb.

They are clearly experts in all things HubSpot. They’re responsive, focused, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile when we have questions that are specific to our sales and marketing process. The team at New Breed is supporting our migration from Active Campaign to HubSpot. They’re helping us complete a full data cleanup and align our operations, marketing, and sales efforts around our first HubSpot integration. With their support, we’ve been able to connect all teams and keep everyone aligned throughout the process.

I really appreciate New Breed's help with creating content for graphic design, including posters, flyers, and social media, as well as their assistance with our rebrand. Their services have been great in helping us move forward. I value their graphic design, content creation, and marketing brainstorming because these elements are crucial for our visual branding. Will, our project manager, has been particularly outstanding due to his organization and kindness. I also admire New Breed's creativity and organization, which are key factors in our decision to continue or expand our partnership. Furthermore, they introduced us to tools like HubSpot.

**What do you like best about New Breed?**

The PEOPLE. Everyone from sales to content to design to revops is really knowledgeable and clearly good at what they're doing. Will Redick, our Demand Gen Strategist, is AWESOME to work with. It's no small task to keep all the plates spinning and be conversant in so many areas of the business, but Will manages all that and more with a great sense of warmth and personability.

**What do you dislike about New Breed?**

It's always a challenge to get started with a new agency, and there have been the standard issue bumps and delays here and there. That said, Will has kept both teams on track and moving forward as quickly as possible.

**Recommendations to others considering New Breed:**

There are a lot of HubSpot Partner Agencies in the ecosystem, for sure, and New Breed was one of several we talked to. During our search, New Breed leapt to the front runner based on the team's willingness to listen really closely, and everything we received back from them felt like it was a reflection of what we were saying. There was a sense of "woah, these folks are GOOD" that was evident in everything we received from them. It made them the obvious choice when they time came. If you're looking for a new agency, I would strongly recommend New Breed.

Our company was ready for a new, more robust marketing firm to assist us in digital ad placement, RevOps management, and some light rebranding. We were especially interested in working with an agency who was a HubSpot Partner agency as well.

I appreciate New Breed's integration with HubSpot and Salesforce, which has been a significant takeaway for us. It's great that they have a process-driven methodology and that their RevOps expertise is greatly appreciated. The technical expertise in integration has been incredibly helpful, allowing us to sync leads and track our lead journey seamlessly. Before this integration, the process was manual, and we often lost track of leads or lacked full visibility. The successful implementation by New Breed resolved these issues, and we are very happy with that. I would like to mention Travis Leone here for assisting us with the sync and HubSpot-Salesforce integration, extremely diligent, resourceful, and responsive.

**What do you dislike about New Breed?**

I couldn't think of anything specific to change, but I'm not fully satisfied with the RevOps service.

I strongly recommend New Breed of RevOps. Their collaborative approach truly stands out, especially with Mary McIntire expertly overseeing and coordinating projects. The technical team is consistently available and willing to help, which contributes to a very positive experience overall. I also had the opportunity to work with Kassandra Goodnis, Devina Krevinghaus, and Travis Leone, and it was a pleasure collaborating with each of them.

The people, for sure. I work with Luke & Kelli. They've been super responsive, provided lots of "self-service" options to follow up on work being completed and have been incredibly professional and enjoyable to work with.

That they don't work for us full-time! I love them!

I recommend coming in with a vision and allowing them to really fine-tune the vision. Be super open to their feedback, and make your goals clear.

We are migrating from Lawmatics to HubSpot, and I have never worked in the platform. We have super complicated, multi-service, multi-payment method, document autofilling requirements. Also we are a startup. New Breed is handholding the architecture and supporting our migration between platforms.

The hands-on approach. Wayne didn't just advise—he actually built out our dashboards, reports, and lead scoring alongside us. And his availability was exceptional: we had multiple scheduled work sessions per week through planning, build-out, implementation, and post-launch. It never felt like we were waiting on our partner or competing for their attention. When we needed to accelerate our timeline by a month, Wayne adjusted without hesitation and kept the project on track. That combination of deep HubSpot expertise and genuine accessibility is rare.

No major complaints. We had a complex project and tight timeline, and New Breed delivered.

A migration like this involves way more work than you'd expect—countless decisions, details, and moving pieces. Wayne and NewBreed kept us on track through all of it, even when our internal bandwidth got stretched thin. My advice: know your goals, trust their expertise, and commit to the regular work sessions. That cadence is what keeps momentum going. With the right partner, you can move faster than you think.

We needed to migrate from Salesforce to HubSpot and consolidate our sales tech stack—a project that could easily have become a drawn-out, chaotic mess. Wayne Kelley at NewBreed helped us plan, build, and launch our new HubSpot instance in six months, handling the heavy lifting on reports, dashboards, and lead scoring so we weren't figuring it out on our own. The benefit? We went live on schedule (actually ahead of schedule—we moved the date up a month) without major issues, and by consolidating multiple tools into HubSpot's native capabilities, we're saving money and working with a cleaner, more streamlined tech stack. Having a partner with real HubSpot expertise meant fewer wrong turns and a faster path to actually using the platform.

Our consultant, Katie Struhammer, was an expert and a pleasure to work with. Having a partner who could translate our business needs into the right technical setup made a real difference, especially starting from scratch.

Honestly, not much comes to mind. The team at New Breed was very responsive, timely with deliverables, and helped us solve all of our questions/problems very creatively.

One area for improvement is providing a more transparent way to track hours used under our contract. Having an easy, real-time view of remaining hours would help us plan more effectively, although our project manager does a terrific job of communicating that via email. If I had to be "picky," I would say that at times I felt like some of the recommendations were cookie-cutter and not bespoke to our professional services firm and nuance in how our customers select and hire us.

I recommend New Breed whole-heartedly. I recommend also interviewing the points of contact because you want to ensure their is great chemistry and overall fit.

Our company hired New Breed to create a new site for us on Hubspot. We wanted a firm with excellent B2B marketing experience, high prowess on the Hubspot platform, and be great "hand holders" in the process.

What we like best about New Breed is their deep expertise in HubSpot. Also, their communication is always clear and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and collaborative.

**What do you dislike about New Breed?**

Probably the price lol, sometimes that the extra person didn't show up because of the very tight schedule.

**What problems is New Breed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially reached out to New Breed for help with building an inbox in our client area using the HubSpot API. This was a feature we couldn't implement on our own, as HubSpot has many limitations, and setting this up without Service Hub was quite challenging. However, New Breed, especially Wayne and David, provided exceptional support. They built a sample of what we needed, taking into account all the necessary logic, and helped our developers through every problem during the development process.
Wayne also assisted us with smaller issues in HubSpot's Marketing and Sales Hub, tools we use daily. His support has helped us work faster and more efficiently. We highly recommend New Breed, the communication was always clear, friendly, and we truly felt that they were committed to helping us every step of the way.

1) We had an urgent timeline, and where most companies would try to gouge you financially to help you hit it, I felt that New Breed's pricing approach was fair and accurate
2) I've worked with other services firms before and would characterize New Breed as bigger than small (not too big to where you get assigned to the newest team member, but certainly not a small company). We had multiple roles assigned to our project that would all lean in to match the nature of the problems we were trying to solve
3) Excellent project management tools that they held us accountable to filling in; robust framework that made us attack all the elements of a migration
4) Cool, genuine, good people. My team and I enjoyed all interactions with the New Breed team

Only negative comment - and this is mostly me just finding something to fill in this field and give them constructive feedback - is that we started off on cruise control and at the end of the project, shifted into hyper-gear and raced to hit the deadline. While we hit it and did not have a disruption to our business, it was nevertheless a bit worrisome at the end (and during the early parts, we were signaling concern with certain things that ended up getting crammed in at the end). Felt a little bit like cramming for the test towards the end; again not drastically so. We're happy!

For a variety of reasons, we made the decision to move from Salesforce to Hubspot at the end of 2024. What terrified us most was the limited amount of time we had to do it, not to mention a healthy enough amount of data we had to get imported in to match our CRM universe of the past with our CRM setup of the future. While we are still working out some kinks in January - which IMO is to be expected from a shift of this magnitude - my team and I are grateful for the responsiveness and execution of the New Breed team. They came in right at our budget, jumped right in with us (thank you, Wayne Kelly!) and helped us move heaven and earth to maintain business continuty while also standing up some wildly improved workflows for our commercial teams.

New Breed is helping us to optimize our data and content at the same time they are holding our hand to the ever-evolving tools at our finger tips.  With each resolution New Breed has guided us through has left me more confident in "exploring" and it is beneficial in the amount of time it takes to find a solution/answer.

No migration is going to be 100% perfect but Newbreed worked through the challenges with us.

If you are going from FreshSuites to Hubspot, give them a call!

We had a tight deadline for switching to HubSpot. New Breed kept everyone on track, put in long hours, always found solutions to any problems that arose, and continue to be easy partners to work with. As someone who has gone through 3 CRM transitions, this has been our best partner by far.

Nothing I can think of, any issues that arose that they didn't immediately know how to solve, they put time in to find solutions.

New Breed has been helping us transition from Salesforce to HubSpot.

Danae is amazing and easy to work with and provides tremendous insight.  Would recommend over your own IT because they know the system in and out

Nothing at this point.  I liked everything they have done but we have not gone through training so can not comment on it but sure it will be amazing.

Please look into them and if works for your budget it is a no brainer to go with them as setup is well worth it to have succces with  the system

**What problems is New Breed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Will allow us to oustoruce this setup and not use our IT resources.  It will allow us to be setup correctly and add everything we need because Danae our specialist has asked us so many questions about our business and what we are looking to track.  We could not use our last CRM because we were not setup correctly .  Newbreed is the key to getting our HubSpot setup correctly and will allow us to maximize our growth goals.

The ease of working with them. Everett, Wayne and Chris have been our rocks during a highly stressful and extreamly time constranted projects. Plus, they are affordable.

For a short while, we were partnered with someone who didn't communicate with our team the best. However, New Breed heard our concerns, assigned additional resources to support us.

**Recommendations to others considering New Breed:**

Start from the begining with them so you can have one team supporting you throught he life your website/marketing platforms.

**What problems is New Breed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Breed helped us solve an outdated, slow and technical errors from hell on our old website. We now have a new website, that provides a better user experiance, higher conversion rates, and an easier to manage website supporting several languages. 

Additionally, New Breed helped us migrate to a new reporting system where we can track MQL's and SAL's between both Hubspot and Salesforce. Allowing us better understand of the impacts of our digital marketing efforts.

If you are looking for guidance, especially when it comes to HubSpot, New Breed is the place to go.  They have the expertise to get you on the right track to success.

I was recently experiencing some problems with HubSpot.  I was attempting to enroll some prospects into a new sequence that I had drafted.  However, I was unable to enroll anyone.  This came after our company had made some recent changes, and there was no disclaimer showing from HubSpot about this specific issue.  Needless to say, this was causing a major headache for me.  I reached out to my HubSpot guru here internally, and she took this issue to New Breed for assistance.  After diving into the issue immediately, New Breed came back with some guidance on how to resolve the issue.  My contacts/sequence error issue had been resolved after hours of frustration.  I didn't have to solve this on my own, which would have cost me even more time in my already hectic day.  New Breed has a team of experts that is willing to help however they can at any time.  What an amazing partner!  I'm very glad to be able to work with the team there.

We recently wrapped up a massive undertaking update our pipelines which involves hundreds of new properties several complex workflows, and Danae was able to deliver efficiently and in a well organized fashioned.
