"New Breed: Not Just An Agency but an Extension of My Team!"

I've worked with countless agencies in my 20+ years, and can unequivocally say that New Breed is one of the best. They truly are an extension of my team. While they are HubSpot's #1 partner agency & a significant part of HubSpot's growth over the years, they focus not on the platform but the business problem you need to solve and are all-in on solving it with you.

What do you like best?

New Breed is all-in. They are not there to get their hooks into you, bu there to help you solve the business problems you have (marketing and sales) and spot the ones you are missing. They are all-in for the long haul.

What do you dislike?

With any company going through fast growth there are growing pains. This can impact how attentive an AM can be, but when there's been an issue they have immediately dealt with it. They have addressed it operationally by hiring a ton.

"They don't care about you, just that they are getting a paycheck. They are slow and annoying. "

We tasked New Breed with designing and supporting our blog backend for over two years.

What do you like best?

They have a well rounded background and can build on many CMS platforms.

What do you dislike?

They are unattentive, unresponsive and milked hours just to get through our contract with them.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Don't bother. They choose who they want to do business with. If you aren't ont heir favored client list then they aren't going to treat you well.
