# Which other health care operations software offers the easiest integration and quickest implementation?

Silna&#39;s managed-service model, where their team runs the authorization workflow rather than you configuring one, is worth separating from a genuinely faster implementation, since it&#39;s really moving the setup time somewhere you can&#39;t see it. Prior authorization is specialty-specific, so for Silna&#39;s staff to run that process correctly on your behalf, someone on their end still has to learn your specialty&#39;s specific payer rules and requirements, that work just happens invisibly to you rather than showing up as your own configuration time. That&#39;s a real advantage if you&#39;d rather not do that learning yourself, but it&#39;s a different kind of &quot;quick&quot; than CATT&#39;s self-configured setup, where the implementation time you see is actually the whole implementation time, not just the part that happens to be visible to you.
