"HubSpot Sales Hub: Intuitive CRM That Streamlines Selling for Growing Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub makes sales management feel painless thanks to an extraordinarily intuitive, easy-to-adopt interface. Its powerful automated sequences and built-in calendar scheduling cut down on tedious admin work, so reps can spend more time selling. With native cross-department alignment, sales teams gain clear visibility into each customer’s full journey. Overall, it feels like an ideal CRM for growing teams that want robust pipeline tools without the complexity of an enterprise system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub gets expensive quickly as team seat costs scale up on higher tiers. The reporting and customization options are noticeably less granular than enterprise rivals like Salesforce. Advanced automation and core features are locked behind high-tier subscriptions like Professional or Enterprise. Additionally, its contacts-based pricing structure can lead to unexpected bills as your database grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Highly Customizable, and Complete—Covers Everything I Need"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

User-friendly and easy to personalize, with deal properties that help me track specific areas for my clients. I also really like the dashboard option, where I can compare data and display it in a graphic with easily traceable information. Overall, it’s a very complete tool that covers everything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The main package includes only a few sales seats, and each additional seat is expensive. I think offering discounted pricing at certain seat quantities would be a strong selling point and would encourage people to purchase more seats when they need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps Sales Organized and Saves Time with Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it makes managing sales simple and organized. I can keep track of leads, follow up with customers, manage deals, and see where everything stands in one place. It also saves time by automating repetitive tasks, so I can focus more on building relationships and closing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it can become quite expensive as your business grows, especially when you need more advanced features. It can also take some time to learn and set up properly, which may feel overwhelming for beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive CRM with Sequence Improvement Needs"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep track of all my stuff since I can get lost easily. It helps me stay focused and prevents things from falling through the cracks. The AI and visual layout of the pipeline have been helpful in winning deals I might have otherwise missed. I also find it easy to see what stage deals are at without having to read much or rely on reports. Additionally, I appreciate its intuitive nature, even though I was new to it after using Salesforce previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

My biggest complaint is the difficulty in updating sequences. When I want to change a step from manual to automated, it requires creating a full new step. I wish it was simpler to switch without undergoing the entire process. It seems a bit overly complicated, and I'm surprised it's not easier. Maybe I'm missing something. "User-Friendly, Reliable, and Backed by Fantastic Support"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The usability of it all.

The user experience and interface are very user-friendly, especially when compared to other products on the market. Having multiple types of custom fields—such as drop-downs and selectors—makes the whole experience easier. For example, if you try to do an inline edit, the system clearly explains why you can’t edit that field inline.

In general, HubSpot works. And when it doesn’t, it’s really good at telling you why, and what you can do to fix it.

Integrations are great, too. Using different apps and integrations is usually straightforward, and for someone like me who doesn’t have a background in coding, being able to get things done through the various wizards is a big plus.

Performance-wise, I’ve had apprehensions in the past—specifically with report builders where I’ve experienced slowdowns. But in later iterations, that just hasn’t been an issue.

Support and onboarding are consistently fantastic. You’re given dedicated individuals who, if they don’t know the answer, will always help you find the right person to speak to.

The AI intelligence with Breeze AI feels undersold. It’s a fantastic tool, and I’d love to see it implemented in more areas within the platform. More prompts to use it, along with examples of what it can do, would help—especially examples of how we can improve the data, information, and overall usage of HubSpot to better support it. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The regular changing and updating of the user interface can be generally frustrating.

Relocating features, buttons and links is frustrating. Especially in relation to internal training and internal how-tos for HubSpot. It often leads to confrontation with the users, as the training information and screenshots are made obsolete without any real notice, meaning all of our training materials need to be updated. "Seamless Setup, But Interface Lag Needs Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I really appreciate how the setup of HubSpot Sales Hub went more smoothly than I had budgeted for, which was a significant relief. The clean interface made transitioning away from spreadsheets much easier for my sales team, since they could adapt to it without much prompting. I love that I can build my own views and custom properties without needing to contact IT, allowing our sales pipeline to reflect our real selling process. Integrating Aircall so that client calls and recordings automatically land on the deal record, and using Jotform Sign for getting proposals countersigned within the pipeline, has been incredibly beneficial for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The lag is my one standing complaint. On accounts with heavy histories, moving between associated contacts and deal records, the interface stalls just long enough to break my train of thought while I am preparing for a forecast review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Sales Management in One Streamlined Hub"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub brings everything a sales team needs into one clean-organized, easy-to-use system without feeling overwhelming. I really appreciate the email tracking, real-time notifications, and the visual deal pipeline. It syncs well with other tools, making managing the sales process much smoother and more efficient. The setup was easy and quick for the basics, thanks to the intuitive interface and helpful onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The main downside is pricing as you scale, along with some limitations in customization and reporting. Advanced automation can also take time to set up. It is a great tool overall, but could be more flexible and affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customisable, but Easy to Underutilise Without Training"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is the flexibility it gives us to build the system around how our sales team actually works.

We used the private app feature to connect our company website to HubSpot, so online enquiries are automatically created as contacts and assigned to sales representatives via round-robin. This reduces the risk of leads being missed or followed up late, because every enquiry has a clear owner from the start.

I’ve also used the API to strengthen our duplicate-management process. When a new contact or lead comes in from an online source, the system checks the existing database within seconds which is over 50,000 contacts which is quite fast. Clear duplicates can be merged automatically, while more complex cases are routed into review tasks. This saves time, cuts down on manual effort, and helps prevent two salespeople from following up with the same customer.

We also connected 3CX to HubSpot through a private app, which allows sales calls to be recorded and linked to the correct contact record. As a result, the team has a clearer history of customer conversations and can rely less on manual notes.

Overall, HubSpot has helped us improve lead assignment, follow-up, data quality, and accountability. The private apps and API are especially valuable because they let us automate routine work and solve real operational problems in a way that fits our process. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

One area where I think HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is its dashboards. They work well for standard reporting, but they aren’t as interactive or flexible as Power BI dashboards, especially when users want to drill into the data and explore it in more detail.

The marketing contact limits can also be challenging, because going over the allocated number leads to additional costs. That makes it important to manage contacts carefully, particularly for businesses with a large database.

Another issue is that HubSpot includes many useful features that aren’t always easy to discover. We sometimes only learn about certain tools or capabilities much later, even though they could have helped us earlier. Clearer guidance on what features are included in each subscription, along with practical examples of how to use them, would make a big difference.

The initial setup also took a lot of time and effort. It took us about a year to backfill historical data, and another six months to train the sales team to use the CRM properly. With staff turnover, new employees also need regular training, which adds to the ongoing workload.

Overall, HubSpot has a lot of features and settings that users need to understand before they can fully benefit from the system. Without proper training and continued support, it’s easy for a company to underutilise the CRM and miss out on features it’s already paying for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized CRM with Helpful Email Tracking and Automated Sequences"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I like using HubSpot Sales Hub because it gives me a more centralized place to manage customer information. Having emails, customer activity, deals, and other information all in one spot is very helpful.

I also like that I can track and send emails directly through HubSpot. The automated sequences are another feature I find useful because they help with consistent follow-up. I also like having the built-in AI tools available, as they can be helpful for certain tasks.

One area I struggle with is the task system. There are so many task options and notifications that it can become overwhelming, and the tasks aren't always filtered or organized in a way that makes them easy to keep track of. It can feel like the task notifications take over my email and make it harder to identify what actually needs my attention.

I also wish HubSpot had a more organized file-storage system. I would like to be able to save documents in specific folders, similar to how files can be organized in Microsoft. Right now, there can be a lot of information attached to a contact or deal, but it doesn't always feel structured or easy to navigate. Having a cleaner folder system for layouts, quotes, drawings, receipts, and other project documents would make it much easier to find what I need.

Overall, I really like HubSpot for keeping customer information and communication centralized, but I think the organization of tasks, notifications, and files could be improved significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Navigating HubSpot has been pretty simple overall, and my experience with the platform has been fairly smooth. There are still a lot of tabs and features that I haven't explored yet, but the areas I use regularly have been easy enough to navigate.

As far as integration goes, we've integrated HubSpot with our email, and that has been really helpful. I like being able to have my emails tracked and automatically saved within the customer's CRM. Being able to send automated emails and sequences has also helped minimize some of the manual work and has made my follow-up process more efficient.

I don't personally handle the pricing or payment side of HubSpot, so I don't have much feedback to provide regarding the cost or overall value from a company pricing perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Call Tracking, Needs Integrated Ticketing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I had never used HubSpot before this job, but I found my way around within a few days, which was very easy. The feature I rely on most is the Aircall integration because every call lands on the customer's record together with the recording. This helps me quickly see previous agreements when someone rings again about the same order. I also value the contact timeline that shows every logged Aircall call with its recording next to past orders, followed by contact notes for allergies and saved lists for our office catering clients. This setup saves me from asking customers the same questions twice. Support has always replied quickly, adding to the positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

My main reservation is the pricing. Tickets belong to Service Hub, which is not part of our plan, so complaints about wrong or late orders are logged in a shared spreadsheet. I would gladly give up the deal pipelines I never touch in exchange for proper ticketing in the same subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Are there plans to increase the functionality of the mobile app? The Outlook integrated logging sales tool is also limiting in that it only logs comms in the last 5 open deals attached to a client.
