It has a group limit, that is, when more than 90 people connect, it becomes extremely slow, it tends to pause or stick the audio or video, sometimes it has lost, it has lost the video conference if there are many participants, that is something that greatly affects its use and effectiveness. Highfive provide the online audio and video conference meetings, chatting and proper conference meetings scheduling with all of our coworkers. It allow us to create multiple collaboration groups to share the projects ideas. By sharing files and documents on video conference is the good way to organize our work. It's pretty easy to deploy and store & share any kind of file document in the video conference teams. We can easily set up the video conference channels for all of our different communication tasks. With Highfive software, when I'm connecting myself with multiple people in a group conference calls then at any time it became absurdly slow and shows errors while joining the conferences through links. Hence, messages are also not quickly send over and our video became completely blur. Highfive's ease of use and intuitive interface deserve special mention. Some videoconferencing tools end up getting lost in the midst of so many features, but Highfive doesn't do that, it's simple and tasks like sending invitations, muting participants, broadcasting options etc are well labeled and easily accessible, thus facilitating the work of moderators and video call participants. Highfive is wonderful for your colleagues in other spaces when you need to have a meeting with them. If both teams can not be physically together in the same place, they can even use HighFive and establish communication. Sometimes, the voice in the calls sounds repetitive when I use it for mobile communication. This is very frustrating and I would like it to be solved, as I think every HighFive platform in my company has these problems. Also, it does not have Linux version. Highfive is well marked and easy to understand, without having to read or engage in extensive training courses online. You also have the option to record the meeting if you want to. The Highfive quality in audio and video is quite good, although minimum hardware needed to run it. Also, there is a Chrome HighFive plugin available, which allows me to use the app from the browser, and it's just great. We have seldom had problems with connectivity, as Highfive consumes a lot of broadband. Occasionally, Highfive can delay or slow down if the Web is sluggish for you or one of the participants. I would like it to be more convenient when I needed to make a telephone call. When it comes to pricing, monthly prices are high and plans change regularly, from the visitor point of view. It's an amazing experience with Highfive application by now. You just have to click the highfive url and you are in, no app needed means you don't have to download the app. Meet without limits and no code or password needed to join a call that's means who organize this call have access to allow or disallow others to join a call. Highfive allows us to connect our physical office conference rooms using their hardware with our clients and our remote employees. This has been something that we struggled with because most tools out there don't adequately support conference rooms favoring laptops and other devices for users to log into. The hardware frequently overheats and malfunctions which is not good considering how expensive it is. The software also has strange issues that you just learn to deal with. Some days audio is universally bad, other days video is universally bad. You never can quite predict if you are going to get the "good" Highfive or it's evil cousin that messes up your meetings. I like Highfive for its simplicity, you don`t need to have an admin access and it`s enough to set up browser plugins. This platform provides our company with an opportunity to have conferences where to we can join employees that are absent, partners or people outside the company and the quality of connection doesn`t depend on what we use: laptop, computer or a mobile phone. I have a single complaint connected with Highfive's lag on screen sharing. Even with having quite good internet connection, there is a minor delay between audio and the screen image going through, so if you are showing something to other users, they hardly won't be able to see it for a few seconds after your speaking. It is a practical and dynamic tool that is easy to handle, it allows you to feel the people who are at a great distance nearby, because thanks to its functions you can make conferences with other work groups of the company, thus being able to develop projects in the best way.
